Typically, it's been recommended here to wait 2 years.
That can be very satisfying.  We ought to make USCIS pay us back for all of our trauma, so how about using the papers for a weenie-roast, or fireplace kindling?

@Jorgedig , kindly note OP stated that he did not include, not that he had not prepared the Statement of Intent to Marry. My statement is based on giving OP an opportunity to double check his documents and in no way presumes his and fiancé’s intention was NOT to marry.

Your Flagship Fraud/ Falsifying warning is perhaps a bit rash and unfounded..though certainly predictable. At least allow OP an opportunity to respond to ANY scrutiny questions YOU may have..or other posters ( like me) a chance to clarify any such serious allegations you freely dispense.

Sadly, Russians are treated quite differently than Ukrainians in this war. For example, several bordering countries have flat out refused to accept Russians fleeing mobilization.

I'm aware of two successful expedites of Russian K-1s. Both were in March; one fiancée was able to claim Ukrainian heritage despite living in Moscow, and in case of another, American fiancé appeared to have had troubles at the border when visiting Moscow after the war had started.

Thanks for the info.  The question on the I-129F is about USCIS action on the petition, so yes, it still counts as an approval.  You may write something like, "I-129F approved; visa denied at Tbilisi consulate".

When we had to enter my wife’s physical address we put in the house name (the ancestor who first built there). Their house also had a house number which included a few letters to signify the town/community and a number. I think these are common in many places in Ghana.

I did a combination of GH digital address plus reference points.
    Example:
GM-001-8123, behind Goil Filling Station, Accra.

Yes.  My then fiancée had no clue  what her street address was when I was filling out I-129F.  She even asked the mail carrier who said the same.

    So I did tow things.

    1. I made her mailing address my address in the USA.  If the embassy or USCIS was going to mail stuff to her, it would come to my home, because mail is more reliable to me.  Only slightly more reliable though as my mail carrier in the USA was certifiably insane.

    2. When entering her physical address I entered something like: “On ABC Road near north east intersection of DEF Street, across from GHI Hotel”

When we were ready to engage with the embassy, the embassy did all communications  through  email or phone calls to my fiancée.   I initiated all the emails in the beginning and cc’ed my fiancée. Sometimes  the embassy would email my wife directly and she would coward me the emails so that I knew what was going on.  She received two phone calls from the embassy.  One to confirm interview appointment. The second to advise her that her visa was ready to be picked up.

    Hey @ChristynVic

I believe USCIS is aware and take into consideration the fact that most beneficiaries live in 3rd world countries and not all abodes have street numbers.

When I filled out the I-129F last year, I put the exact address that my fiancé gave me. He gave me a description of where he lived/lives because not all of the locations had street numbers. When I got the RFE, it had nothing to do with his address, and then the petition was later approved. So I don’t think the street number, or lack there of, will be an issue.

I hope this encourages you to submit as soon as possible 😃

Coming on here thinking you know, after somebody suggested something to you is a big mistake on here. People are taking the time out of their day to guide you. Many people come on here thinking they know what the processing times are and are then very disappointed when they find out their information they've gotten is incorrect. Just letting you know how it usually is. Also something I didn't do for a long time was use the search bar on VJ it's very helpful cause people have usually asked similar questions recently. Have a good day.
