Hi. I am new here! Me and my fiancé is processing my K1 visa through the help of Rapid Visa. which is not being very helpful at all. After more than 2 months of processing/filing all the requirements they were asking, our Petition ahs finally been mailed to USCIS. Now, i know and have read that it takes almost a month just to get the NOA1 but did anybody here processed their applications through a the help of a third party also? did hiring someone made the application faster or not? I miss my fiancé badly and this waiting game is not doing me really well.

A third party doesn't have the ability to speed up anything

does it really takes almost 18months just to get the Visa? or it can be expedited?

It might be a little quicker than that but processing times change all the time

If it could be easily expedited then everyone would be doing it.

You might find it helpful to find the Philippines regional forum and ask your questions about the process there as the time will come where you need to understand what needs to happen in Manila

Thank you!. My partner is in the military and has high chance of being deployed at any time. And I saw one youtuber with the same situation and it did help to get their expedited. I was hoping we can do the same too.

Military petitioner with pending deployment is one of the few ways to get an expedite

about that. We have summitted the application for me to get the interview in Bahrain since I am currently living here for work. We have already indicated it on the forms so hopefully they don't miss it

As long as you are working there on a valid Visa, and can prove valid status, you can interview wherever you want. and if you have been there more than 6 months, look into how to obtain the police report from Bahrain, then time it so you have it a few months before interview.

No, it can’t be expedited because you miss your fiancé.

As long as you provide a current address in Bahrain

Without military orders, you can't request an accommodation based on possibility unfortunately. I hope for your sake that your spouse does not get deployed.

Rapid Visa has no control of how fast your petition is processed, basically they lick the stamp and mail the docs you completed and provided evidence of meeting, waste of money.

A Chance of deployment, not likely for expedite, now if they had the orders, then maybe yes.

Thank you! Yes, I have a valid working visa here and am already researching about getting the Police clearance. question is i have been living here since 2018 (23yrs old) but I have read that I must have police clearance from the places I lives in since I was 16. So does that mean I have to get one from the Philippines too?

Yeah, we are kind of feeling that way now with Rapid Visa. Unfortunately, we haven't done a lot of research about them and we on bcos they were recommended by a friend. My partner has already paid them and have already submitted the docs so we'll just go ahead and continue the process with them. Hopefully they will be much more helpful in the future.
