  2. So this estimates is only from them(uscis) correct? Nvc and at local consulate are excluded from their processing time?
  3. when I got my noa1 5 months ago, it says 13 months. now its says 14. I dont get it. I should not loose my spot.
  4. So when my case leave uscis and moves to nvc and eventually makes it to my local embassy, I have no more chance to track it? is that how it works?
  5. my noa1 is april 2022, according to this chart the processing time is 12.9. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. this website tells me processing time is 14 months. Slightly off?

  9. Hello VJ, fast forward to 3:35. she is saying from noa1 to noa2 is 4 to 6 months. In your website, it says 5 to 7 months. which is the most current? From noa1 to noa2 is the most tedious timeline. With the exemptions of rfeś, after noa2 its all downhill correct? My noa1 is approaching 6 months old , what should I do at this point?
  10. Hello all, My receipt number wacxxxxxxxxxx. there are 10 digit numbers. anybody know how these numbers represents? how do you break these numbers down? which digits represent a country?

  12. Go to uscis web for accuracy. VJ is getting their info courtesy from its members. Some members neglects to update their bio.
  13. Good luck on your journey. are you using zoom wedding or the traditional one?
  14. These are the reasons why there is huge backlog, like a snowball effect. Backlogs from uscis, nvc, local embassy, etc... Anything they tell us well take it with a grain of salt. This is same tactic pilots tell us when theres a delay, they try to sugarcoat it so passengers dont get frustrated even more. If I were to ask uscis about something, I want them to add noa1 issued in their stats as well. this information will give us better projection about our waiting times.
  15. Yes! Your logic is correct. But remember meeting in person is a must have requirement. Most of the countries had a lockdown for most of 2020 and all of 2021. There is a backlog but not so much new applicants. If you go to uscis web, interview are now back to pre Covid for last few months. If there is way to find out how many noa1 issued per month, we have a better understanding our waiting period would be like.
  16. Yeah! I smell bad phishing happening here…. Don’t take the bait.
  17. Good call on choosing Philippines. Good luck on meeting your sIgnificant other. Refrain from flashing your cash bundle when paying. Give her some cash and let her do all payments and negotiation.
