You meant to say even though is says “case received “ for august, September, October, November, they are already opened and being process? Because when I checked on the case tracker for those months, 95% still says case received.
Thanks.
so if theyŕe processing at an average rate of 400/month. with my number is at 67500 divide by 400=168.75 months. is this a way to figure out my estimated processing wait?
Thanks for clarifying my curiosity. I just cant believed that they are already processing 2022 filers. But if I look at the Timeline here, Oct 21 is the latest. There is no Nov. ,Dec., Jan, ....
This is a very good news then.
I was bored so I checked several case numbers in case status website and this is what I found out.
For case number wac22900xx340 is assigned for I-129F. But wac22900xx352 is assigned for I-539. and wac22900xx353 is for I-765? You see the case numbers are sequential but its not for I-129F case only . So this wac case number is for across the board. Its not exclusive to I-129F.
Also wac22900xx343 is an approved I-129F but not the wac22900xx340...#######!!!! its just said case received, not even rfe.
FYI! the above xx is same numbers on all of my examples. I did not want to include them for privacy.
I would like to ask the experts. wac22900xxxxx is now being process as we speak. is this a good news for us who filed this year? my case number is april 2022.
I officially asked uscis this issue. they came back with something like this,
¨We have the correct information in our data systems. Please note that our database can only handle a limited number of characters per field which may lead to an incomplete name on generated notices. Additionally, special characters such as a tilde are not supported in our data systems. The document is still valid and therefore, you may continue to use the receipt notice you have now.¨
My fiance first name is Niña. Goodluck to you!!!!
I understand. what confuses me is hong kong is not her legal residence and a citizen there. she is there because of her work. philippines is her birth country and holding phil passsport.
I read lots of post regarding backlogs at the uscis. But not too many complain at the nvc and local consulate. So majority of backlogs is at uscis. When I get my noa2, it should be all downhill right?
Im trying to figure out what causing delays at the uscis. the whole year in 2021 and most of 2020, the world is on lockdown. this means no one can meet in person, a must have requirement for fiancee visa applicant to have. there are some applicants but its not the same number as before lockdown started.
Philippines for example, removed the quarantine on mid February of this year.
for almost two years uscis has a very light load of application came in.....
