    Proof of domicile is an affidavit thing. Proof can include things such as your DL, voter registration, tax returns etc... Really not all that hard to prove.

    The I134 is used for many visa types. Its not a relevant question for a K1 so don't lose any sleep because it truly won't matter

    Child of a K1 is a K2. No reason to wait until the child is born to submit the petition. The newborn can be added later. Processing times are not based on your home location as all I129F petitions start at the California Service center

    Have you received local instructions? At most consulates the process for a k1 is applicant directed. I would not be waiting around expecting to ge given an interview date.

    Who says its a discrepancy? With the significant amount of time between petition filing and the submission of the ds160 people's lives and circumstances do change

    NVC is the storehouse of petitions not the consulate. Once they have an available interview slot for that class of petition they will let you know

    And? If you carefully read my post I am quite certain i identified the i130 as a PETITION

    Nothing to struggle about. You do not do any of the consular visa steps until the child is ready to be interviewed and be issued the visa. Period.

    Then stop trying to submit a ds 160 for the child. You do that when the child is ready to travel
