    My fiancee didn't even have my divorce decree when she had her interview because the divorce decree is already in the petition itself. This is utterly strange. If you look at the list of required documents, the petitioner decree isn't even listed only the beneficiary's is required

    When did Manila start requesting original divorce decrees from K1 petitioners? I never provided said document to my fiance for her interview.

    Manila will not need an original of your divorce decree. As an aside, you should be asking these Manila specific questions in the Philippines regional forum so you can avoid general replies from those unfamiliar with what Manila needs

    Police clearances are valid for one year. The one from Singapore will never expire if she leaves and never returns after receiving it

    Wait times to clear customs in SFO vary from 17 minutes to 90 minutes depending on time of day. Since she is an arriving K1 she will likely be directed to secondary inspection which will significantly add time to her ability to get through the immigration process. Then she must collect her baggage, clear customs, recheck her bags, change terminals, clear security again, find her gate. Not a recipe for success in an hours time. That's why i always try to have my last stop in my itinerary be my first stop in country and therefore my POE.
