We just got informed that our case got forwarded to Guangzhou Consulate. We got only message with Case Number, we are missing Invoice ID number.
Does anyone knows how to get Invoice ID? does it come in separate Email or per normal Mail? Or should we call NVC to get it?

Not to be Debbie Downer, but 10-13 months highly unrealistic. Current times are 13-15 Months (they are still processing end of March and have just started April 2021). lets hope that the processing times picks up. But USCIS has been nothing but disappointment.

    Hi all.
For anyone without any answers, reach out to the petitioners local congress rep.

We got our NOA2 on July 27th.

Hadn't heard anything so I did a few case enquiry forms (realised they'll take a while to get to) and wrote to my fiance in the states local congresswomen on Friday (23rd of sep). Today they got back to us that our case was received by NVC on the 8th of September.
They are currently processing cases received on the 2nd of september so it shouldn't be too long.

It seems that USCIS is picking up steam. after slump in July, in August USCIS is almost on levels from 2021 (see blue bars => those are closed cases). They are even closing old RFEs (red bars in old months are finally getting smaller) .

On the second screenshot, you can see only NOA1 cases from past months up to September this years. Sadly trend of leaving people behind continues, there are still significant number of cases that are left open in March, April, May.

Did you submit an inquiry to NVC, or did they send you an email without you ever requesting an update?

Asylum from what?     Asylum has definitive criteria, not just that access to a US immigrant visa interview has been complicated by her country’s own actions.

If she is Ukrainian, that’s totally different, and yes, she could seek asylum via the program the state department has for Ukrainians.

I developed a software that, downloads USCIS data on large scale and then saves it local Database or exports in excel, it also provides statistics overview for cases and does some basic statistics (calculates processing rate). Since it retains downloaded data, it allows me to filter cases out for later updates, so initially i downloaded 100000 USCIS cases, but then i just filtered out K1 (32000 cases) and I am now tracking only those.

Hi everyone, i know its late, I didnt post last week. but here is the overview of processing rates for last month.
It seems that USCIS is loosing steam again, after months of progress, they are reducing processing again (for what ever reason).
On the second screenshot are untouched NOA1 Cases per each Month.
It seems that this decline was caused by situation that USCIS done "on off days" for some reason, one day they do great progress, day after processing rate halves.
