Starting October 01, 2021, all immigrant visa applicants must be vaccinated before their medical. Starting November 01, 2021, all visitors to the United States must be vaccinated unless they are a US Citizen at which point they must present a negative covid test.

Hi Guy's. Our NOA2 was approved yesterday finally after a year and a half of waiting. 

Finally got my case number today!!

Great news visa changed to issued and is  ow in transit to be mailed.. Thanks guys for the words of encouragement.

Hi, i had my interview on 1 of june and Alhamdulliah it got approved. 
Can anyone tell me once the status of your visa is changed to “issued” can it go back to “AP” 
or i am over thinking atm? 

From NOA1 to NOA2 it took 10 month for me. Hang in there, inshAllah soon!

Yes, that is true.. i have 1 or may be 2 persons who have k1 visa with me... i do hope you all get approve in the shortest time.. InShAllah

Just had our interview this morning and she was APPROVED!!! Should have visa and passport returned next week.

Today was my interview and we got the K-1 visa approved. 
It took about almost 4 hours all together at the US embassy in Abu Dhabi but in the end it was worth it! 
It was a lady who interviewed me, and she was so polite and kind. To my knowledge it was super easy and she didn’t even ask for any additional supporting documents for our relationship even though I had a pile of files with me. It was just a few basic generic questions like how we met ? , How many times we met in person ? What are wedding plans ? That’s it,, 
Then she handed me a white pamphlet that stated about the rights in the USA ( which is a sign that you’re Approved) , then after 3 min she congratulated me and said, you’re qualified for the K-1 visa and I’ll be receiving my passport in 3/4 days time via post. 
It was a super exciting day!!!

My Husband had an interview today and they kept his passport and gave him the congratulations letter. But when I check his status of Visa it says Administrative Processing. Is it because the visa isn't issued yet?

My husband and I married through Utah Online marriage ceremony in September 2020. I visited him in Costa Rica in October 2020 and filed for the CR-1. Our I-130 was approved January 29, 2021. We were DQ in the NVC on February 16, 2021 and received our interview date on February 24th.
 
My husband passed his interview this morning and now we await his passport and POE in the coming weeks.

NVCexpedite@state.gov But they need a reason and proof to expedite. 

Wait for a month and than call the NVC to get you case and invoice number. 

It’s been more than 70 days since we got our petition approved and Stil case is, “At NVC” status. 
@kswheezyhow did you do the expedited approval? 

Our case is still at NVC.

I think a lot of people are stuck at NVC. ☹ We got our expedite approved, otherwise I think we would have still been stuck at NVC as well. 

We're waiting for my fiancee's visa to be mailed by the embassy (interview last week, approved).  The ustraveldocs site shows her passport is being processed for delivery.

This is what I thought when I read the OP's post, it's a catch 22..  I think a medical disability for which you need the beneficiaries assistance would be stronger grounds,  kind of pathetic that were in a situation that were making up excuses to get them to do their Job! 
 
They should be PROCESSING OUR PETITIONS!..  I don't buy into the "Covid" excuse either, if State and Federal Governments can do virtual hearings, there is NO reason why interviewers at our embassies cant do virtual interviews and get our visa's approved! 
 

We got approved. 
I am so joyed that I can’t stop crying.
