Hello dear, we sent our I129f petition on April 24 2020. We are checking uscis processing times.

Everytime they arrive to process our date-case, they go back/postpone it 1 month! This occured with us 2 times (they have postpone it 2 months till now).

Till now we are still in the normal range but we are seeing users on visa journey with receipt date April 28 and they have received their NOA2. (ours is April 24). Should we email them or do anything? Because I'm suggesting that they will probably postpone it for the third time.

Please help

There is nothing you should do at this time but continue to wait. Your filing date is within the range (by your own reply above) that they are processing. This is not a first in first out process. Everyone has a different background and those from Africa and the middle east have a much longer wait for their case to finish adjudicating. Have a little more patience, it will arrive soon.

This next step, between NOA1 and NOA2 is the longest wait. With wait times currently increasing to well over 7 months it's best to lower your expectations and go about your life and not be checking. I recommend getting one of these apps for your phone and when the time comes for an approval you will get a notification from the phone. If you used the G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, it may or may not work for you. We have seen the majority of the people not get a text message from USCIS.

Note: the USCIS Case Tracker app lets you set a range of WAC# before and after yours to see the status of those cases. Very slick tool to ascertain where you are in the processing timeline of USCIS compared to others.

Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Hello everyone, we got approved January 7th (NOA1 April 30th)

I have trouble finding P3 for the u.s. embassy in the Czech republic... I was going to ask for help? Thank you so much.

Also I have another question, in case anyone knows the answer, when it comes to co-sponsor...

I know the financial evidence is the same as having the petitioner sponsor me, but should I not only bring financial evidence for the co-sponsor but also the petitioner? So for both?

Both must compile the evidence request to prove the couple will not become a ward of the state or public charge. Here is what is required.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should present (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g., letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134. Bank statements in place of a letter from the bank will work just fine. Print the statement that shows the opening balance for a month and the closing balance for that month. Do that for 12 months—no need to print off all pages of a bank statement.

Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here:

Thank you so much for your help. I think the reason why they did not share the copy of the P3 is because from what I've heard, for some reason, the embassy does not send the P3 letter, instead people had to call the embassy themselves and ask what they need. Not really sure why. Once I get to that stage I'll make sure to share what they needed from me.

Here's some tricks to use when answering and wanting to quote someone.

First, when you use the quote button, go into a LONG posts that you are quoting and if there isn't a need to have the entire post, just delete a small portion of it, but leaving enough of the original post so we can understand what you are replying to.

Second, you can use the "@" sign in a blank reply box then begin typing the person's nick to bring up a list with their name and select their name. If it is done right, you should see a blue box around their nick like this @Greenbaum. When you use the @ sign you would use it in a blank reply and not a "+" reply.

Third is just to use the "heart" icon and select "thanks". Don't really need to say thanks in a quote. (using your example, you were making a comment and a thank you so the way you presented yourself is fine.

Mr Greenbaum, my petition was approved and I received the NOA2 on July 14. I expired Nov 2020.  I called the NVC in Oct and they said to wait. We still have not heard if our file has been forwarded to the embassy in Manila.  My questions are what is a P3, and what should I do about the Nov expiration. Should I recontact the NVC? Dave
