If case is DQ already  than wait till you get Interview letter. Once you have interview date than upload documents to CEAC.

You're making a mountain out of an anthill....just take the simple definition. Have you guys had sex after marriage? That's all USCIS may need. Don't make it difficult for yourself by asking what it means legally, religiously, economically etc....😄😄😄

I called them yesterday! And 58 min later 😂 I was told the system say is DQ so I’m DQ. And to disregarded. Anything you upload after being DQ will be review at the interview. Uploading doesn’t set you back 😊

Hi, click on the Police clearance,  then click on unavailable doc, then type on your comments the reason why you can't provide the police clearance.  That's what I did when I submitted all the documents and they accepted it. And now my son got his police clearance yesterday so I submitted it today.

You probably haven't submitted Affidavit of Support or Financial Documents or Civilian Documents. And just submitted  DS-260. 
That's why they are letting you know that they won't review DS-260 util all required documents are submitted.

For what it is worth, there is not yet a definitive answer to whether to list the petitioner's assets as available to the immigrant spouse.  However, because of the wording, if I were doing the form today, I would list petitioning spouse's assets as "available to" the immigrant spouse and any step children as applicable.  Consular Officers can see from  the asset documentation, who owns the assets.

Yes, we had the same problem. Open the message and leave it open for about 1 min or so. This seemed to work for us. You can also call Nvc but I know they take a long time to answer the call. Is your husband from Kurdistan?

Btw, it worked! Thanks so much!!! Left it open for 30 secs and it opened.

Got my DQ email today! So relieved to be done with this part of the process, although we have another long one ahead.

we just submitted our IV and AOS docs to NVC today.
Another waiting game begins!!!  

I submitted all the documents on March 13. Got a request to submit my spouse’s 2019 W2 yesterday and we submitted it right away. Got this email this morning. I didn’t expect NVC to review the additional document this fast since the NVC timeframe still shows that they're reviewing documents submitted on Feb 11 as of April 27
