Shouldn't be an issue as the new PP on H-1B, H-2B, J category, and L category has an exception on visas issued before June 24, 2020.

I really do not know how hard it is to clearly mention K1 in these proclamations. Even the embassies seem to be confused. K1 is so much headache.  It seems to be always totally forgotten. 

All we need at this time is an injunction from judges.

Eventhough, our file was still "at NVC" on NVC's website... I have just received the interview email !!!
July 22nd in the morning at the Embassy in Paris.
I am very happy (of course) and anormally calm about it (I think I have not processed the news).
Going to book the doctor's appointment now.

I understood the new EO is only for people who don't have a visa yet but are applying for one, so you should be fine

I’m also in Mexico right now and flying on 25th into LAX

He wants to ban immigrants. Keeping it vague isn't a flaw in their plan, it's deliberate.
 
I quit my job, so I'm hoping that they'll at least process K1s again here. Now that he's banned pretty much every other visa there's no real reason for him to keep the Schengen-ban going. We'll see, I guess.
 
I'm so sorry for those affected (probably including me, who really knows at this point), this is horrible.

I am staying at the Hyatt  House hotel in Santa Fe. I chose this hotel because you can book a room with a kitchen and a large balcony. I haven’t left my room for almost 2 weeks except to collect Uber Eats and my food shopping delivery in reception. Breakfast is made to order and delivered to your room (included). 
 
I can sunbathe, exercise, eat and watch tv all from this space. I highly recommend if you are looking to lay low and keep out of the way!

Hi guys! I got into the US yesterday, no problems at all and a very nice officer in Charlotte, North Carolina. Everything went smooth. I still cannot believe that I am finally with my fiancé 😍 he surprised me with a welcome party today, which was a lot of fun. I am so happy and grateful for everyone one here who shared their experiences and for everyone that was in Mexico “with me”, grateful for our little WhatsApp group, with some of the cool people I met on here!! Definitely happy I met miss @Ela S. on here, and can’t wait to meet up soon, now that we live 12 minutes apart from each other! Also grateful I met a girl called Mona on Facebook, and that we got to spend 9 days in the hotel in Mexico together! I have never met anyone on the internet before, very old school so this threat as well as Facebook really helped me to connect with others that went through the same crazy experience!! DEF the riskiest Trip of my life, and as my new sister in law pointed out, it’s INSANE that I got into the US even though all the borders are closed!! That takes a lot of courage, and I am glad and forever grateful for everyone who was supportive and wished me luck!! Best wishes to everyone on here for the future!! DEF excited to hear, how everyone likes their new life in the US!!💐

I finally booked my flights from Munich to Serbia! I'm flying on Saturday and meeting my finacé in Belgrad and we'll fly together to New York on July 13th! So glad I found this and thank you guys for all your help!! I'm really excited to see my fiancé again.

Hey everyone , Im so glad I Found this forum! Ive been looking for a solution to this madness. I have an O1 Visa and I've been living in the USA for 9+ years. I flew to Belgium right before the travel ban so my mom wouldn't be alone in case something happened and like all of us,  I have been stuck and not been able to get back. I have booked my ticket to Mexico, leaving this Wednesday and staying there two weeks. I am a little nervous as Im a girl alone so any other ladies doing the same, feel free to contact me! My family is a little concerned for my safety and so I wonder if It would be better to go to Turkey instead, as I think they're open now too. Any tips and thoughts are welcome !

Thank you. I hope I won’t have to use the advice given to me on how to withdrawal the visa. However, I am glad I didn’t react and put a letter in the mailbox. That would of been a nightmare on its own 😂 Thank you everyone for your advice

It would be highly problematic if the exclusions did not include IMG physicians who require H1B or J1 visa sponsorship. For specialities like Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, a large proportion of the physician workforce is reliant on IMGs, and I can see a lot of hospitals struggling if these spots remain unfilled due to visa limitations.
