Sometimes to have a baby is a number one priority.  Not everyone on this forum are young and can wait to have kids. Sometimes every month counts.

I received an email notification with the subject "We have taken action on your Case", after logging into my USCIS account I was able to view the update. We haven't (yet) received any paper mail about this decision, which seems to be typical for this scenario.
 

Update. Package sent first time in February was denied for not filling out correctly the application. I resubmitted in April, USCIS got it on April 12th. Yesterday May 3rd, got notification that notice was mailed to me. Cheque cashed. I am k1 visa

Have you got with rejected i797?
Have you sent through USPS?? Even if they have rejected they will register the case number ( live agent sholud be able to tell that rejected case number)

So basically we are having the same timelines so far,lol.  I sent it on feb 24th and got back in April 5th, and sent it back in apr 6th, and you one day before. Let's keep updated each other. Which payment method you used?

I didn't send I 944 now... wich is good. Same for me I sent it first time February 22. Got it back on April 3rd.

Use Visatutor.com for form filling..its very good compared to any other sites. Step by step instructions with an explanation.
Type the form number along with visaturor on google it will directly lead to the forms.Good luck

Alert: The current edition date for Form I-485 is 03/10/21. Starting April 19, 2021, we will only accept the 03/10/21 edition. Until then, you can also use the 10/15/19 edition.

Yup, that's the mistake......you should put K1...now it makes sense why they are asking for i-130... correct it and send it..

I did the forms also again when I received the package crossed like that, just to make sure is nothing confusing 

Some of them are already updated for the new version.
I believe if you submit I-485 online you can find the new ones edition: 3/10/2021

Hopefully you made an extra copy. You'll just have to wait a bit for USPS to  locate it. If they can't  stop payment on the check resubmit but use FEDEX! But you'll want to wait  several weeks first.

In every state, your marriage certificate is a legal name change document. You don't need to do anything else to change your name (in a few states like California you would have had to put your new name on your marriage certificate, but based on what you've said Georgia is not one of those).
 
Apply for AOS in your new name, as that's what you want to be known as.
Don't wait for an SSN (and in fact request one on your EAD application -- and do apply for an EAD as it's still free so there's no reason not to) if you don't have one yet.
 
If you do get a social security card in your old name (based on your earlier application), you can change it once you have your green card (prior to that the Social Security Administration won't be able to find you in your new name) for free by going to your local Social Security Administration office (presuming things are open and taking walk-in appointments by then).

You can't submit the AOS until you have the marriage certificate. But you can start using your married name now, at least anywhere where no proof is needed. You can fill out the AOS using your married name, and send it in with the marriage cert once you get it.

Just put something like "N/A" or "Unemployed". A human is going to review your paperwork, they should understand.

This certificate is good. People that had interview recently, even this week confirmed. They had same one.

On my Commissionaires request form, it says “Others - RCMP National Repository entire holdings.” and the cert still says "Other (Provide Details)"

If anyone wants any specifics on what they asked or how the process went please ask!
Overall the entire thing took me less than an hour. Quickest interview ever in my life 😂
