Today we have received NOA-2 of our daughter’s case from California service center. 
Following are the timelines.
 
PD 11/04/2019 from TSC
02/23/2020 Case transfer from TSC to CSC
05/13/2020 RFE received
06/20/2020 RFE response received by USCIS
06/23/2020 Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS
06/24/2020 Case is approved
 
Now I am waiting for the approval of my spouse’s case. His case is at VSC and It’s been 230 days.
I hope that we will receive his approval soon so that we can proceed at NVC.

Their response is very standard. You will be following VSC timelines because your case has been transferred to VSC.
 
You will not be eligible for outside normal processing time (ONPT) service request for several month because your receipt date is 7 Nov, 2019. As of today cases with receipt date before the July 08, 2018 can submit ONPT service request at VSC. The estimated time range for I-130 case is 18.5-24 Months for the U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21.
 
Still VSC has approved my son’s case in just 6 months. So far I have seen that in lot of cases transfer speed up processing time. You can observe trend of case processing times at VSC in Igor’s list of processing status under immigration timelines tab.

A 16 year does still needs a police check for any visa not a K1 but a K2, IR2, CR2 just about any visa. 
 
. I know when I moved here with my kids my 16 had no problems getting his PC. Did you ask for the one Privacy act one?

Yes your child is 16 at the time of NVC process so Yes PC is required 

Pretty sure your daughter will need a police certificate since she will be 16 next month.

Hope everybody is doing well. Just giving you an update. I submitted all my documents to NVC on March 27th. They completed my case review and accepted all my documents today.

Today we got amazing news!
Our MyUSCIS account updated to Case Closed today and an approval notice from yesterday's date was uploaded this afternoon. We haven't got any correspondence from the NVC yet, however the notice uploaded said they have sent our case to the NVC. 
 
Originally our case was at TSC and got transferred to VSC. 
We had date changes on: 12/6, 12/20, 2/23, 3/17, 5/1, 5/13 and 5/14.
NOA1- 12/6/19
NOA2- 5/13/20
 
I'm so happy to see Vermont approving so many of us who have been transferred and feared long waiting times based on what was reported on the USCIS processing times website! Wishing you all the best of luck! Cannot wait to see more approvals in this thread!
 

If there was an RFE they would mail you the request. 

We had the same issue that an RFE was issued but we could not open up the link for the notice. The USCIS person called back and said they haven't sent the notice yet which is why we can't see it online. (Weird). They said it will take 7 to 10 days. This whole process is so unclear, though we have a link online where we can drop the files but again since we dont have the letter not sure what they are asking for.  

Finally joining the approved club! I am over the moon!

Date updates: 23rd Feb - transferred to Cali from Texas, March 31st, May 1st. 
 
Over the moon! Awaiting case number from NVC then time to get going! Hoping the embassy re-opens soon!

I got the email that they've created our case in the NVC less than a day after I received notification that we were approved! Just paid the fees. Nuts, this is so much faster than I thought it would take!

Finally my spouse case got a date update on May 13.
Last date update was Feb 23.
 
I hope this will bring us a good news.  

As you know USCIS has sent me request for evidence on May 7 on my account and asked me to respond. Since then I was not able to open up link of request for evidence. I tried live chat and spoke to tier 1 and tier 2 officer but all in vein. Finally I decided to send inquiry through inbox of my USCIS account so that I have a documented evidence of this issue. Today CSC has responded my inquiry.
 
The following is their response.
“USCIS is currently experiencing difficulties with national case status. We are apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. There is no formal request for evidence has been issued or sent at this time. Your case is under review and CSC is committed to finish reviewing your case as soon as possible under our resources. We appreciated your continued patience.”
 
I recommend you to send an inquiry through inbox. 

AS SOON AS YOU PUT THE IOE NUMBER THE SYSTEM RECOGNIZE THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE YOUR APPLICATION IS AT. FOR INSTANCE, I CAN'T SUBMIT THE REQUEST FOR THE CASE BEING OUTSIDE OF NORMAL PROCESSING TIME BECAUSE THE SYSTEM READS MY CASE IN VERMONT. AND I HAVE TO WAIT TILL 22.5 MONTHS PASS. 
IT WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR BY EMMA THAT THE PROCESSING TIME COUNTS ON THE SERVICE CENTER WE ARE TRANSFERRED TO.
 

Hello, were you able to access the RFE document? Mine has been that way since April 22.
