No matter what happened, this is manageable and i really want you to enjoy your marriage life with your wife that petitioned for you. You mentioned that she wasn't snoring when she came to Ghana. Now, that she snores, you pretend that she is annoying. Dude, you cannot abandon your wife to sleep on the couch. While awaiting on things to come back to normal from the lockdown, she can have a televisit  with her doctor for some guidelines to solve her health condition (breathing). Snoring is a health condition.  If she is overweight, she can just exercice to loose some weight, work on her breathing. Even during the lockdown, you can find lot of resources to solve her problem.
YOU CANNOT REJECT YOUR WIFI BECAUSE SHE IS SNORING. NEVER NEVER NEVER.
Whether you work days or the grave yard shift,  YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR WIFE. If you really LOVE this lady, do not leave. Take some time and talk to her. Forget about going to the police department. You can also seek advice from a counselor (family expert).
 
Just consider her text as a joke. She is just messing up with you. She wants to see if you can leave the house knowing you just came to the US.
 
NEVER THINK OF DIVORCE whatever happens. TAKE TIME AND TALK TO YOUR WIFI TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Sorry to hear your unfortunate story of K1 denial. Even though that embassy is so demanding, your K1 application could have had something wrong. BUT what??????? Please, try to think of what may have been wrong. That is why the CO was dubious.
To me , the engagement should NOT be a big deal. In fact, it is a proof of bona fide relationship, that shows that both of you have the similar expectations and same level of interest. I do not know why the CO refused to take a look at the photos.
Now, i would recommend you to learn from your past mistakes to adjust you CR1 application. Keep gathering evidence and send them to the NVC after  the NOA2. Send even what they don't ask and that you think is relevant and supportive for your case. Do not get alarmed. This is a matter of time and your hubby will meet you here soon.

Few days ago, i sent you a text inbox. I am also in the same boat, except my file is ready at the Cameroon embassy since 4/9/20. The beneficiary never received the P3. 
Please, check out Greenbaum's response to get familiarized with the P3 package (just FYI). I called the embassy and they asked to wait on the P3. DS 160 is submitted, but it is not received in the system since they have not processed our case yet.
Take away: once your file arrives at the embassy, we should wait for the P3 o move to the next steps.

The DS 160 was submitted without a photo and they said on the confirmation page to bring the photo to the interview.

I agree with you. Since Fiances  are immediate family members per DS-160, K1 visas should NOT be impacted. 

There is nothing to worry about. You will have an extension. As of now, i will suggest you to focus on the next step. Start prepping the paperworks and get ready to roll when the Covid-19 ends. Good luck
