DO NOT REPLY” Thursday,10/12, package sent via usps Friday,10/13, package delivered at P.O.Box Monday, 10/16, case received by USCIS and case number received . Good luck 🍀 to all of us!

    Hi Ashley_ann, 1- the current marriage certificate is enough. Not need to submit the decrees. 2-No need to submit the approval letter 3- Do you have tax return for 2020? If yes, include it. Of course, don’t forget to complete the form I-751 and make the payment 💰. Always, include anything that would show a genuine relationship between your husband and you.     Package was sent out yesterday, 10/12. Our mail was delivered today at a P.O.Box (USCIS) at 5:28 pm. We are waiting on the next step. Goof luck to all the other filers . Regards!

    Dear VJ folks, As we are completing the form I-751 for ROC, we have some concern with Part 1. Can someone here help with this? We are unsure which last to use for Part 1 (1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c). Wife changed last name after marriage. Should we use the last name on the SS card and tax docs (last name after marriage) or the one on the current green card (her last name when she entered the US)? Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you

    Hello VJ friends, I am planning to travel to London, UK, this summer with wife (newly LPR). Any advice as far as the Dos and Don’ts? Want to attend one of the Chelsea’s soccer game . Closest airport to the Stamford bridge locate in Fulham? What is your recommendation as far as travel requirements to UK (visas if needed), lodging, transportation (best airlines, cabs...), attractions in London city? Thank you
