Thank Yeap, we have become family here this is very emotional for me , meanwhile my fiancée and I are taking our time to focus on us rather than the immigration drama, she would be moving here soon. God bless you

Then who's son were you going to visit. You really are making no sense and if this is how you answered no wonder. You said you applied with your ex-wife to see your son in US. Is that a lie? or what. Goodness get the story straight abeg.

It's not that some people are not following, it's that if it doesn't make sense, it's always going to be your job to make sure the people you are explaining your situation too are able to follow.

If the CO wasn't able to follow well (either due to their lack of understanding or your lack of clarity or both), then that's enough for them to question you, and subsequently deny you.

Okay, let me rephrase that:  it is highly unusual to plan for travel with someone you are DIVORCING and no longer want to be with.

Based on the information you have provided in this thread, I agree that you should withdraw the K-1, marry outside the US,  file a CR-1, and make more visits during the process......it sounds like the CO doubts the nature of the relationship or doubts the intent to marry.  Good Luck.  If this is the case, then marriage would go a long way toward resolving those doubts.........Good luck....

Embassy in the Philippines requests from the petitioner, their most recent tax return/transcript (2018), W-2  and the I-134 ... you can scan and email them all to your fiancee.

Only your fiancee is to be interviewed, you are not required to be there, but if you choose to be there the embassy does allow you to be with your fiancee during the interview.

I wonder how the thirty days will work with K-1. We can't add them to our insurance at work until we are married, right ?

For a K-1, the I-134 is used........it should be taken to the fiance interview at the consulate.

I did it because it helped me organize everything and to make sure everything was there. Also makes it easy to look through everything. I didn’t say that’s how they “request” people to do it, only the two whole punch. They say it’s appreciated. But what do I know I got approved in 89 days. Don’t care if they “grumbled” taking it apart, at least it was approved.

I used a three ring folder with protectors and they request to two whole punch the top for easy filing.

So I'm assuming you sent one with the I-129F...? If so, no clue why your attorney had you do that. It was never a consideration and would need a new one for the interview anyway.

I printed out 12 months of statements, circled the deposits, made an excel sheet summarizing them, and put it with the paystubs matching the deposits.

I would condense everything to less than 25-30 pages. 10-15 photos and 20-25 pages of call logs/conversation.

I actually registered my fiancé in one of those online CCNA certification courses. That pretty much takes up much of his time while I'm at work. Before he moved to America I always reminded him that for at least 3 months or more he won't be able to work. Either way they are all eventually gonna get bored. So I got a PlayStation 4 game for him because African men love the FIFA soccer ⚽️ video game.
