Soon To Be Mrs. T got a reaction from EllaC in Describe how we met - confused
You could, if you want to, just to be sure. It doesn't have to be a "Love Story". My fiancé and I simply stated that we met online and described how our relationship has progressed since.

"If you answered "Yes" to Item Number 53., describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting in Item Number 54."

You are to describe your in-person meeting not how you met (online or otherwise).

Tinder's TOS and explanation letter is for Part 2, Question 55: "Did you meet your beneficiary through the services of an IMB?"

You can choose to get the vaccination at a later date.

Soon To Be Mrs. T got a reaction from Lnvall in Describe how we met - confused
Part 2, Question 53 and 54 of the I-129F only asks if you and your fiancé(e) had an in-person meeting in the past two years. This is what is required. However, if you want to, you may include evidence of an on-going bona fide relationship.

You can do it that way.

My fiancé and I included a brief statement on how we met and how our relationship has progressed; it was less than a page long.

On our Cover Letter, we had a section for Evidence of On-Going Bona Fide Relationship aside from the section for Evidence of In-Person Meeting; we assembled our packet following the order of the documents listed on the cover letter.

It's because you are not submitting the form to the USCIS but to the consulate.   The consulate are allowed to set there own policy.

Are you going to include Evidence of On-Going Bona Fide Relationship aside from Evidence of In-Person Meeting? If so, and if it would make your I-129F Petition packet easier to navigate, I think that you should. By the way, frontloading is optional for the U.S. Embassy in Manila; unless your case has a lot of red flags.

If it would make your I-129F Petition packet easier to navigate, yes. If it would just point out the obvious, no. My fiancé and I listed the evidence that we were sending on the Cover Letter and then we organized our packet following our pseudo table of contents.

    i.e.
    Cover Letter
Evidence of In-Person Meeting Passport Stamps Boarding Passes ...etc. Just handwrite it.

You and your fiancé can just scan and send those signed (wet signature) documents to each other and then print them out.

I heard the CSC Office is on fire and they are knocking out applications as fast as they can, while looking out the window on the approaching fire. It's amazing what employee's will get done when a fire is lit under them.

There isn't an estimated processing time on the USCIS case status trackers.

Soon To Be Mrs. T got a reaction from Oscean in Adjustments of Status
The Employment Authorization Document (EAD) which allows you to work in the United States is usually approved and issued around the same time as or with the Advance Parole (AP) document; 6 months or so after you file for Adjustment of Status, given that you filed the I-765 and the I-131 with the I-485. This means that either way you have to wait 6 months or so before you can travel outside the U.S. or work in the U.S.

The best solution for your situation would have been to apply for a Spouse Visa not a Fiancé(e) Visa since you would have entered the U.S. with a Green Card.

So I just called and spoke to a customer rep and she said I was approved on 10/22. I was confused because I told her I spoke to someone on Wednesday (perhaps Tuesday), and I was told no status update yet. She said, "the officer approved it on 10/22 but sometimes it takes a bit to put it in the system but you're approved and you should receive your notice by next week."

I feel it won't be "true" until I physically receive that letter.

Thank you for your inputs! Yes I was not given anything after the interview. Just the small piece of paper then the CO said to call the number to verify the address for visa delivery/pick up. I'll keep myself busy over the weekend. I'm hoping for a good news next week. Thanks again!
