    Update- Approval notification NOA2 came from Nebraska. NOA1 was from Texas. Received NVC case number and invoice on 4/24/21.

    My cousin submitted online on 3/2/2021. Status changed to actively being reviewed 4/20/21. Online status says Nebraska and paper notice is from Texas.

    That’s great! Congrats! We filed in January and our status is saying “actively being reviewed by uscis” since February 16. Really Hoping for some good news soon.

    I am helping my cousin with her application. Submitted on 3/3/2021. Case status says its being processed at Nebraska and but Receipt notice came from Texas 🤦‍♀️ so where are they processing the application.

Documents asked- birth certificate, one passport pic, passport , police records, marriage certificate Dq was on 8 july 2020 Pd- 19 February 2019 Questions asked Who is petioner and his date of birth Where does he currently live What he do for living Is it our first marriage and any kids How many people were present at your wedding How many times he visit you Then the interviewer gives welcome letter said the it will takes 3 weeks to get your passport. Thanks you so much for this group , helped alot

    Yay!!!!! I checked early this morning and thought for sure I’d have to wait till Monday. And then an email just came in saying my interview is April 21st!
     
    DQ date: August 11

    Got our IL - date is April 14!  DQ was Aug 11, 2020.  Been a long, long process for us, and now finally know when it will happen!  Thanks to all on here for the support and knowledge, been very reassuring to understand what happens at each step.

    Hi VJ family! I'm back to (finally) share some positive news. After many emails explaining why the Consulate made an incorrect decision on refusing my husband his immigrant visa, they finally fixed their mistake and ISSUED the visa. We just received the tracking number today. It's been such an emotional roller coaster for us these past 3 years and even more so in the past 3 months alone since our interview in December. I'm proud of us for staying strong and fighting our case to the Consulate and never giving up! We're so grateful that the end is now here. @Hawk Riders - time to change our place in the tracker to be highlighted in GREEN (approved). I hated seeing that highlighted in RED these past couple of months. 
     
     Thank you all for your support and guidance throughout our journey. WE DID IT! ❤️
