Hi folks! I’m so grateful for my journey. I filed my I-360 + I-485 on August 2019 and today I got my green card on hands. No RFE and no interview. Before filing my case I gathered all evidence that I could a year before and I read everything about Vawa. I was worried mostly because he lived most part of the time out of state. He also would give us ( our daughter and me ) a very high end lifestyle and explain the dynamic of domestic violence in this context is very complicated. I still live in a toxic relationship with my abuser and I’m struggling to get out. Right now I’m in process of getting a job and I  hope very soon make my path to my freedom. My Vawa was approved on 06/21 and a week ago I received RFE for my medical. I will send it next week but what is the next step? Schedule interview? Or they are going to email my GC without interview? 

not in miami, my C31 was approved 1 month ago, patiently for the approval notice and then 485 to move on. really hoping it's also within the year!

Hi folks! My Vawa was approved 3 months ago and my local office is Miami Dade. So far no update on my I-485. I just wonder if any of you have the same local office and how long it takes to get an interview date after Vawa approval ?

A few days ago I posted here that I almost gave up of my Vawa case. I did had a complicated case but I choose the truth. I told everything that happened on my Affidavit even when it didn’t look good.
