  1. My other thought is step 1 attend a local community college (tuition is low) and take all the science courses they offer helps to know Latin for medical degree AS degree 60 credits Step 2 transfer to 4 year college for degree in Biology BS degree 120 credits work hard at this and the above stage to get a scholarship then Step 3 apply to accredited medical college (take out a loan if u have to) the very best to u GO FOR IT
  2. i applaud you for wanting to enter a long term of hard study and workload Have u talked to a counselor at a medical college for the best possible advice? there may be ways for u to study here understand 2 things The US does not recognize post-graduate medical training from any country except Canada. The US and Canada have similar medical training and licensing systems. You will need to repeat your residency and fellowship training. First, you will need to register with ECFMG. And A Postgraduate Training License is issued to an individual who has graduated from an approved medical school, passed all required examinations, has not received either a minimum of 12-months credit (for U.S. or Canadian medical school graduates) or 24-months credit (for international medical school graduates) So a degree from any county other than Canada means 24 more months of study in the US (expensive) and then acceptance into a residency program you may want to read this US New article on how to attend free and believe it or not but international students have access to more scholarships and grants than a USC https://www.usnews.com/education/best-graduate-schools/top-medical-schools/articles/2017-07-13/how-to-attend-medical-school-for-free
  3. To notify NVC, u will need the case # they are about to assign u (by embassy initials) then u can send a letter (email) to both NVC and embassy I suggest a notary signature so the embassy knows u r the one doing it How to Cancel K 1 visa? A. You should make a written request to the Embassy asking to withdraw the petition. You may wish to notarize such a statement so USCIS can be assured that you personally are asking the petition to be withdrawn.
  4. aren't engagement and bachelorette parties normal in UK as they are in US? The countries we have seen that cause these parties to appear as marriage are high fraud countries where certain code of dress and ceremonial steps are done ( henna in Moroc for 1 ;; dressing in look alike clothes in Nigeria) ring exchange i would stay away from
  5. I realize that but u fill it out as the instructions say 1 surname and 2 given name
  6. country dependent I was given a bachelorette party by his family and friends no men were there so it could in no way be called a marriage celebration But look to the norms for your foreign and embassy
  7. Part I of bene's ds 160 question 1 surname question 2 given name
  8. marriage green card would have been the I 130 spouse visa u are doing AOS after marriage on a K1 and this is a much longer process
  9. that is the form u will use (much later in the process-the NVC stage, u will do the I 864) study guides above will help u with the process if u do not file tax returns , request a letter from IRS to say "no tax returns filed" Download IRS Form 4506-T. Complete lines 1 – 4, following the instructions on page 2 of the form. Line 3: enter the non-filer's street address and zip or postal code. ... Line 5 provides non-filers with the option to have their IRS Verification of Non-filing Letter mailed directly to a third party by the IRS.
  10. Filing the tax forms -just follow the IRS site for MFJ or MFS on the IRS site for non resident alien spouse Tax treaty with UK so no taxes owed keep a paper copy of the 1040 and all documents u provide as u probably will not have the IRS transcripts in time https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/nonresident-spouse At this point the IRS will not be fast to process forms as IRS says https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-status-of-mission-critical-functions#:~:text=We're processing tax returns,we continue to experience delays. We're processing tax returns, payments, refunds and correspondence. However, we continue to experience delays. We are working hard to get through the inventory. the following IRS site has all the information u need on foreign income including the 2555 form for the exclusion https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/frequently-asked-questions-about-international-individual-tax-matters#:~:text=Do I still need to,or foreign income tax credits.
  11. u need to file ASAP as u r out of status without the receipt for the AOS
  12. the chances of even getting a tourist visa with a I 130 in the system would be slim and if granted, u would more than likely be turned back by CBP as your I 130 shows immigrant intent It is best to have the USC visit as much as possible to strengthen your spouse visa request If this was legal and possible, we would all have done it, but its not
  13. Until u receive the Ghana case # from NVC, u need to wait for that ACC # ; then send the email include the new # ,both names and both DOB's
  14. so. why not marry and apply for spouse visa it takes about the same timeframe to get to interview
  15. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/fiance-marriage-visa-book/chapter1-5.html If you pose as a tourist (whether with a visa or on the VWP) with the secret intention of staying in the United States for an indefinite time, you will have committed visa fraud. Visitor visas, or indeed any temporary visas, are for people who intend to stay temporarily—and then leave. They are not for people who plan to marry and live happily ever after in the United States. If U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) chooses to make an issue of it, your misuse of a tourist visa could lead to your losing the right to obtain not only a marriage-based green card, but most other types of U.S. visas. WE would have all done this if it was legal/its not
  16. u state u are not in the US from Nolo law https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/fiance-marriage-visa-book/chapter1-5.html If you pose as a tourist (whether with a visa or on the VWP) with the secret intention of staying in the United States for an indefinite time, you will have committed visa fraud. 17. Notice of interview for a spouse visa goes to the USC and is scheduled by NVC and embassy not the beneficary
  18. marry while u are there and apply online from Europe/that starts the process not fast nor easy nor cheap
  19. there is no quicker way there is only 1 way you file a I 130 for the spouse visa/ its anywhere from 18 to 24 months to the interview so study the USCIS guide for the process OR the guides at the top of this page
  20. you can always apply but the wait time for tourist visa in Amsterdam is 192 days so u would not be able to have one for December Interview Required Visitors (B1/B2) 192 Calendar Days https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html
  21. CEAC does not post information on visa till the case is at the 2nd (NVC stage) AT this point u would use USCIS site (if u have the recipt and know the case # https://www.usa.gov/immigration-case-status
  22. Withdrawal. An applicant or petitioner may withdraw a benefit request at any time until a decision is issued by USCIS or, in the case of an approved petition, until the person is admitted or granted adjustment or change of status, based on the petition. However, a withdrawal may not be retracted. This is for protection of the bene that USCIS can not properly ID https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-8/chapter-I/subchapter-B/part-103
  23. yes, IRS site under FILING STATUS AND DEPENDENTS #2 for dhildren https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/frequently-asked-questions-about-international-individual-tax-matters#:~:text=In general%2C you can claim Children usually are citizens or residents of the same country as their parents. If you were a U.S. citizen when your child was born, your child generally is a U.S. citizen. This is true even if the child's other parent is a nonresident alien, the child was born in a foreign country, and the child lives abroad with the other parent. You must include on your return the Social Security number (SSN) of each dependent. If your dependent is a nonresident alien who is not eligible to get a Social Security number, you must list the dependent's individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) instead of an SSN.
