Bad US Visa Interview Experience

Because single means "not married" no wonder the CO had suspensions that the relationship (marriage) was not real that was a big mistake to do taxes like that you already had interview so there is no application ongoing / there is a petition she did for the spouse and your DS 260 for the visa she needs to do 1040x filing as married MFS (married filing separate) or MFJ (married filing joint and the W7 for your ITIN which is in her favor for lower tax bracket -
Urgent B2 Visa for Wife to Accompany Sick U.S. Citizen Child – Morocco
JeanneAdil replied to JJasper's topic in Tourist Visas
Been to dr in Morocco and it is not expensive but if you need a clinic, you may have to wait i had allergy attack and saw a dr that day, cost me 10 Dirhams ($1) got medicine from pharmacy and didn't have to contend with all those allergy tests we get back here The government of morocco legislated two reforms in 2005 to expand health insurance coverage. The first is a payroll-based mandatory health insurance plan, l'Assurance Maladie Obligatoire (AMO) for public- and formal private–sector employees, which seeks to extend coverage from the current 16 percent to 30 percent of the population. The second, Regime d'Assistance Medicale (RAMED), creates a publicly financed fund to cover services for the poor. Many with severe issues can also get treatment in Europe because of a bilateral agreement Some European countries have bilateral agreements with Morocco that can facilitate access to healthcare and social security benefits, like France. These agreements may allow for the transfer of healthcare rights or coverage under certain circumstances. For example, a bilateral agreement between France and Morocco may allow a Moroccan resident to access French healthcare under specific conditions, potentially including coverage for treatment in France. So make this plan B OR go and get your child Plan C -
USC made a petition for the K1 visa in April the actual application for the visa will be done by bene from Uganda by filling out the DS 160 when advised to do so the USC should make the case stronger by completing more visits thus spending quality time with bene for the bene, keep busy with family and friends and doing anything you enjoy in home country as after arrival in USA, you have to go thru process to adjust to stay and it will be quite a while before you can travel out of US to see all these people again. when here make sure you talk to back home by cam (whatsapp is good)

Urgent B2 Visa for Wife to Accompany Sick U.S. Citizen Child – Morocco

I asked about TB (lung issue) because of the following A person with active, infectious tuberculosis (TB) generally cannot travel to the United States, as it is a communicable disease of public health significance. However, individuals with latent TB or those who have completed treatment for active TB may be eligible to travel. Waivers may be available in certain situations, such as for children needing treatment in the US or for cases where treatment has not been completed but is deemed safe You say wife doesn't want you to bring him as he needs her care but even with a tourist visa (if she gets one), it is only good for 6 months and if your son needs extended treatments (more than 6 months), he would be staying behind with you / CO may bring this up in her interview -

I see a lot of Non UAE citizens interviewing in Dubai "LOVES to teach" here on VJ is one / that CO should treat all with respect but they don't always do that her case is hard one Did your USC wife make out her tax returns as Married / filing MFS or MFJ? Did she claim you getting a ITIN? Have you 2 commingled any assets? those are things that help a case when coming from a high fraud country It will be extended AP but all you post sounds good Best to you both -

If you are a Pakistani citizen applying for a US visa, you should be aware of the possibility of administrative processing (AP) after your interview. Also note Refusal on CEAC site does not mean visa is refused so not to worry important notices will be Issued or denied https://egov.uscis.gov/ -

Sorry this is very blunt but dealing with Casa is hard A team of Moroccan and US Drs would decide emergency medical care for your son those papers decide if son (even if you have his US passport) control emergency care treatment in US and if he can travel Lung treatment if TB ? You, the USC, can travel and bring him here if you have the above (US drs, approval for him to travel and his US passport) the mother's 2 children left in Moroc is not a strong tie/ she could possibly come and Adjust to stay and when she gets her green card , file to bring children here or you could petition for them as your step children Past Moroccan experiences: USC lived in Moroc with Morccan husband She got cancer and came here for treatment As she was dying, he applied to visit her with all US and hospital statements He owned Moroc business and his own apartment and Casa denied him to even visit his dying wife and he had strong Moroc ties chances for your wife to get this visa in Casa and real slim BUT she can try allah yessir -
you will need to make SS office appointment and process the change as USCIS and SS quit this https://ariasvilla.com/uscis-ends-automatic-social-security-number-update/#:~:text=Understanding the Change,Number Application Process (oSSNAP). However, as of early 2025, this automatic communication has been suspended. The SSA has temporarily paused the Enumeration Beyond Entry (EBE) program, which facilitated the automatic issuance and updating of SSNs for certain immigration applicants
