Hey guys, after almost ten months wait we finally got our case update.
October 20, 2018 Sent I-130 Package.
October 22, 2018 Priority Date Form I-797 receipt of notice Texas service center.
August 06, 2019 I-130 Approved.

Within 8 Weeks to get the case created
1 Week for payments
X days to submit/upload all your stuff
3 Week for NVC to review (they say its 3, but sometimes it takes more)
If there is no issue with any of the docs, you'll be placed in queue for interview. Which can take however long.. depending on the consulate.
So you're looking at roughly ~12 weeks at NVC. I hope this helps.
