The reason I concern about USCIS got the payment or no because of my bank card was cancelled yesterday by the bank
due to unusual activities found, and I saw the payment to USCIS still showing "processing" 
some ppl said USCIS will create case number first then cash the money out.
thats why I keep concerning if USCIS will get the money or no.... but it is clear now.

Feb.06 USCIS Chicago lockbox delivered
Feb.13 credit card cashed out
Feb.17 received USCIS text notification with cases numbers
Feb.21 received NOA1 letters in the mail box
NOA1 Received Date: Feb.10,2020
NOA1 Notice Date: Feb.14,2020

old site and case tracker no update but new site updated as " Cas Was Approved" on May 03

Yes and after waiting in line over 40 minutes finally NVC answered my phone call and gave me my visa case number begins with GUZ and the invoice ID number. I checked CEAC site my case still At NVC processing at this moment.
