I am in the same boat, I honestly thought my husband and I could work through anything together and now I am feeling all kinds of anxious.
 
I have already approached mental health specialists and I trust that I will get better..

Looks like everyone from November is getting appointments today.

Ok.  The children can only immigrate IF 1) your husband immigrates AND 2) you do not naturalize.  If your husband refuses to immigrate, then the children can not come.  If you naturalize, then the children can not come.

Your husband should get his immigrant visa so the kids can get their immigrant visas.  All three of them come to the US to get their green card status.  Then your husband can leave on the next plane back home and forget that he has a green card.  

Tell him to get his immigrant visa so his kids can get theirs.  He doesn't have to keep his green card.  He can forget that he has it.  He should realize that it will be impossible for him to visit the US if he gives up his green card.  

 

I wasn't asked anything religion-related at my interview but I also don't have any tattoos. I think you are overthinking this. 
It doesn't matter if you have different religions, what matters is to be able to prove that your marriage is bonafide. 
You prove it by answering questions truthfully and correctly. 
 
A problem would be if you didn't know which religion is your spouse. This would tell the Consular Officer that you don't really know your spouse and makes them think you married for immigration purposes. 

Your parents status got expired on July 29 so they weren't allowed to file i539 on August and they won't be allowed to file it now either. It'll be rejected again if you apply again. It's better for them to leave the US ASAP. They are already out of status.
 
The reason USCIS says to apply for extension at least 45 days before the current status expiry is for this type of conditions.
 
Anyway, the fee $540was correct on the first submission. Two possible reasons for rejectios.
1. credit card company denied it.
2. I539/i539A not submitted/filled properly mentioning the coapplicants.
 
 

We stayed at ibis, it is ok for what we needed, there are several hotels around the consulate, ibis included, you will hear things like "X hotel is the closest". Truth is there are like 5 or 6 that are all close and within walking distance. 

My ssn arrived 9 days after I entered the US, in early August. I would suggest if it doesn't arrive in two weeks then schedule an appointment at the SS office.

@dwheels76 Juarez is now assigning interview dates for the same month, in May some people were only given 1 or 2 weeks before their interview which is crazy.... anyway the June thread is closed but I'm still a June interviewee I guess 😁

Sending my support to you, OP. ❤️ I lived in denial for years that my ex was cheating on me, and have only recently come to terms with the truth. He was so inside my head that I continued to deny it after we were divorced! Good for you for getting the ball rolling by speaking to a family lawyer. Some people can live with cheating, some cannot, and if you cannot, leaving sooner rather than later is the best way to start on the road to peace. ❤️

The Mexico City consulate is assigning interview dates/times in the P3 letter.  These dates look to be around 1.5 to 2 weeks from the date of the P3.  This means you would be wise to get as much of the supporting materials together before you receive the P3.  My fiance waited and is now racing around Mexico collecting Police Certificates.  Anyway, no questions, just a warning.
