Twice rejected I-539 with incorrect fee?

I have applied for my parents B2 extension (first in July 2, second time in Aug 15) and I received my packet back TWICE saying 'Authorization for Credit Card Transaction is invalid due to incomplete information and /or credit card information you supplied was denied ' along with a green sheet attached to  the application. I submitted G-1450 once with credit card information Total amount 540   and got rejection  second time I split amount and submitted two G-1450  splitting  amount Biometrics 179 and I-539 $370.00 got rejection again. I checked my card and G-1450 form everything looks fine and
 now my parents i-94 is expired on July 29 and not sure if we could resubmit the application and file online. And if the present stay is considered as unlawful presence. What is my option now.

In my opinion, On their 1st day of overstay, their B2s were voided.   They are in unlawful presence since July.  They have no status to extend now.   If they stay until the end of the year, they will incur a ban.

@Boiler, your thoughts???

Your parents status got expired on July 29 so they weren't allowed to file i539 on August and they won't be allowed to file it now either. It'll be rejected again if you apply again. It's better for them to leave the US ASAP. They are already out of status.

The reason USCIS says to apply for extension at least 45 days before the current status expiry is for this type of conditions.

Anyway, the fee $540was correct on the first submission. Two possible reasons for rejectios.

1. credit card company denied it.

2. I539/i539A not submitted/filled properly mentioning the coapplicants.

They are out of status.  I always recommend using a check(s) and filing as soon as possible in case there are any errors.  You pay for each on seperately.
