    Thanks everyone. Talked to a higher up officer, and they rescheduled the biometrics appointment to a future date, and sent a new mail. Thankfully Usps didn’t lose it this time.

    I think the post office lost the biometrics appointment letter. I have Usps informed delivery and got an email with the scanned version of the letter but I still haven’t gotten it. It has been more than 10 days at this point, and we are freaking out that we might miss the biometrics appointment. When we call uscis, they tell us there’s nothing that was sent out. Anyone who’s been in this situation? We don’t know what to do.

    We got approved!!! Interview was today a few hours ago. We are so ecstatic!! Thank you everyone on this site for all your help! Good luck to everyone still waiting.
