well it looks like they are processing just shy of a year, so being so close not sure how it would help you. I am similar date to you but, sent my i-129 with July 2nd PD, but with 43 days I have not heard anything. Even if I approved today it would of only helped me by 3-4 weeks.

Thank you for the support. I am just so tired of all of this..I am going back to India again for my 8th trip. I just want my husband here with me. This long distance is just so incredibly painful for both of us. Only seeing my husband twice a year for 2 weeks, no-one understands the challenges. My husband is so kind and patient and for that I am thankful, but I have paid my dues and I want him here. Now Mumbia is backlogged, so it just seems I can't get a break.

Not for everyone...many are at over a month waiting. It obviously depends whose desk it ends up on  I'm waiting 42 days and nothing.  I am almost at 11 months on my i-130. No prior marriages, no kids, no background issues, 4.5 years relationship with 7 x 2 week visits. So yeah this is such an unfair process..

My case DQ is July 23rd and by seeing all of your cases I guess its going to be long waiting game. 

I see that F2a category from Feb to June received Interview dates between 21st to 28th Aug. so they gave interim to all those cases to gather in just 1 week of august. 

 

 

Yeah also looks like a ton of K1 visa interviews along with the F2A catagory were getting the interviews for July/August. Maybe it will now go back to the CR/IR 1 category.

They do seem to be moving a tiny bit faster now from the statistics. That could change again tho 🙄 I’m just so lucky that  I have such a kind husband who has been wonderfully patient in this process. Can’t wait to give him those three beautiful words, we all so long to hear 🙏🏻

I think we can all agree at this point they are processing on average close to 1 year with some at one week shy. It’s just such an unfair process for a US citizen to get stuck with Nebraska when others approve in half the time. Such a disappointment in the USA.

yeah I think mine is rather simple too...no prior marriages, no kids, no background concerns, over 4 years of visits. Maybe ours got assigned to someone who is slow

Day 38 of waiting.  Many of us are still waiting from end of June first week of July.

Yeah seems to be a lot of folks with K3 Sent end of June early July still not approved. Even the way they process I-129f doesn’t make sense. 🙄 apparently not in order of receipt.

wow! Very helpful. You are pulling from case tracker? Gives a bigger picture than VJ that shows only a few from Mid August. 

I see a 8/13 approval just got added!

Could be expedite or i-129. Of course there will always be the odd case that gets approved before the majority.

Yes..we are all doing the best we can do to get through this rough process. We have no control, so surrendering to that in itself can help. I am now planning another trip back to India. My 8th trip in 4.5 years. I was hoping to save money for the interview date..but that will more than likely be Jan/Feb since Mumbai is in a backlog to. I will go back then again..and then hopefully he will join me forever 🙏🏻
