Submitted all documentation today so now ANOTHER wait begins! Fingers crossed that everything will get accepted..
I thought the USCIS stage was difficult because you knew it would take a long time before hearing anything back (and we got through that relatively quick with only about 6 months..) but the NVC stage is even worse! What a roller coaster ride with all these highs of getting 1 step closer and the lows of yet another anxious wait...

This is in Nigeria?  If so , yes go back and make sure you also upload fingerprints too. 

It happened to me, but I did mine in Porthacourt, go back and tell them. 

I got my case # and paid both fees today! Check your email if you haven’t yet! 😇

I was approved. Got my notification in my email but online status still remain the same. Good luck to every one of us who are still waiting for their approval

I also got rfe on 7 november and submitted rfe on 20 december 2018 on 28 decembet uscis received my response but it has been 69 days no response from uscis i am minor child of usc hope we all get approval soon Nebraska service centre

if u have given ur email address in i.130 form then u will get it in email other wise u have to call them and ask them about ur status.

they will send it to you, but its best to call every week, I got mine over the phone.

Has anyone finished their case at the NVC Center? I am too a April filer 04/02/18

I received my NVC case yesterday. April filler. Case was approved on January and sent to NVC on January 28th. So about 7 weeks. Hang tight...

it will because that is the new website, y'all was on the old one. they normal update the new one first and then the old one if they feel like doing that.

I’m glad my wife is on the AOS status at this point. But I don’t blame any administration,  if becoming a citizen was suppose to be easy, cheap, and fast then everyone would do it.
 
If this makes things harder or people wait longer, then so be it. If the relationship is bonafide, waiting won’t be an issue. 

We are on week 5, still no updates. It can take up to 8 weeks to receive a case number:) congratulations by the way!

Hey guys I just got an email from USCIS! My case has been approved! Thank you I lord! And for those who are yet to get an approval I pray you get a positive feedback  as soon as possible. Im so happy I screamed

You can call and speak to Tier 2 officer and see if they can FAX u the REF...I wouldn’t wait till that period if they r making a decision based on REF...yes had u received REF and responded it and they acknowledged it...then it would have been fine...but now u r in limbo...always cover your base first....i am also in this USCIS mess boat...317 days and still nothing not even an REF...so all I can say is good luck ...

Actually just check my mailbox and we are APPROVED! No update or email online though, just a mail letter.

Yh, I'm still waiting. I'm budgeting another month more. It sucks but that's the nature of the beast called US immigration. Patience, patience, patience are your friends. Goodluck with the rest of your journey.

They said they sent RFE to my wife’s address but she never received it. Asked for an address change, completed and yet she didn’t receive any package in the post. I am livid but one can’t do much than to inquiry and hope 🙏🏾

Omg just got home from work to find my second notice in the mailbox there was no update on the old and new websites also the app I received a letter instead

We got approved on January 11th!
