You don't need it, they can see in the system if you have an approved i-129f by using your A-number.

yes, 3 packet is required (which you can then put into a big envelope / box and mail together.
this is a few hours of work to put it together and proof read / organize it. If you follow the cover letter and the attachments required, that will help

There is no dates available to pick an appointment date. Apparently, embassy is releasing available dates only certain portion of the beginning of that very previous month.

Give it about 24 hours and it should update to the correct status. I have found that in all the places you check for your status, this one website is accurate. The others I don't trust as many times they have been wrong. This one seems to be accurate and therefor I agree with you, let it take some time before it updates.

Yes they will send the information.  Right now you are in front of the horse trying to make it run faster. When its time the horse is going to begin to trot but you best be in the seat of the buggy in control of the reins when he does and not in front wondering what to do. Just saying.
