Jux got an update my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview 
Now another waiting begins of when exactly that date comes . i think my field office is in Baltimore

Well, you are the beneficiary's spouse, and then list any of the beneficiary's children.  If your son is the natural son of your spouse, yes.  If stepson, no.  If your beneficiary has any children, list those children no matter where the live, what their age, or whether they are immigrating.

No need to attach a letter explaining, in my opinion. Chat logs also don’t hold much weight I would focus on submitting proof of time together.

I got my social security a week after I entered the US n with requirements for job it depends on the state ... some states will require both the ssn n GC 
im in MD so I used the ssn n passport (visa n stamp) to get a state ID n dts wt I’m using to work 
it’s almost 120days n still no GC so I’m still  using the passport stamp n yes GC fees is online
