Saw a couple people here waiting for interview letters for France--hoping your letter comes very soon!
My husband is from Portugal, but they conduct K1 and CR1 visa interviews at the embassy in Paris. We were dq on 10/8 and just got our interview letter today. 
 
Fingers crossed all goes well. So happy to see other people getting their ILs too 😁

The Embassy needs me November 20th.
Case Complete October 9th.
 
Never thought this day will come so soon.

Hey! My husband just got an interview scheduled at the Paris embassy for November 6. The website says he can go and get his passport and visa himself after the interview when it's ready (instead of having sent). Has anyone done this before? If so, about how long after the interview is the passport ready? Thanks!

Mumbai wait for interview is 3-4mths from DQ and each embassy runs different so expect an interview letter within 90-days (hopefully sooner). You'll have to find other people on VJ from Jakarta to get a better idea of how long people are waiting.

Thank you guys. I am an idiot. I already paid the visa application fee. I just freaked out literally for nothing. I am gonna pay immigration/green card fee after the interview and will pay after the visa in hand. Just so stressed over everything. It's been a hell of a year.

Oh my goodness! I didn’t even think of the accordion file! That’s what I’m going to do. I have the same goal, that my husband doesn’t freak out when asked for something...thank you so much! Accordion file it is! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

What I believe this means is that your case is ready at the embassy for your interview.

My husbands interview was today and by the grace of god we were approved! He will be picking up his visa next Tuesday and flying to California next Wednesday. I am so grateful to this website and all its members who have offered kind words and so much helpful information that has ultimately led to this moment! Thank you all so much and I wish you nothing but luck and success in your journeys!!!!

Congratulations to all of those who have received their interview letters and those who had their interviews and got approved! 😄 Only one week left before my interview in Brussels. I am both excited and nervous but am preparing myself as best as possible and making sure I have all the documents in place.

My online status was finally updated to sent to Dept of State yesterday 9/9, 22 days after approval. Totally skipped the “you’re approved” hahaha! The stress of all of this gives me the giggles, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry, right?

Is this it? It's not going to change to any other status? because this was super fast. My wife had her interview just almost 4 hours ago. I am skeptical. 

Happiness!  Wife status changed to "issued" on 22 October!

Thanks a billion to Almighty. Just woke up and received IL. OMG! I was expecting to receive IL in Nov and interview date to be in December 2019. My DQ/CC is August 6th. Guess what? IL is on November 4th. I have only 14 days. I emailed NVC to expedite my case. State department said it was denied. However, I also emailed Dhaka, Bangladesh about this. They said they would look into it. I think it worked. I know people whose case was completed on July, 2019 have interview date end of Nov, 2019. I got Interview at the beginning of Nov, 2019. Anyway, thank Allah.

We had our interview today and we got approved!! 
 
I(petitioner) attended the interview at the embassy in El Salvador with my wife(beneficiary) and it went pretty smooth. 
 
They asked us how we met, when we met, if all of her trips to the US were with a tourist visa, why we got married in the US, and they wanted to see pictures of the wedding. They didn't ask a question about my AOS documents. 
 
Then the officer told us "Your visa is approved".
 
I am so glad we are almost done(I know this doesnt end until we are finally at our home in the US but it feels like we are almost done).

My husband received his passport with the visa today! Only 2 days after the interview which is quite impressive as we were expecting the receive the passport some time next week.  
How long  has it taken others out there?
