Hi guys, hope all is well.
I didn't apply for N400 cuz I didn't want to study 😂
So I just kept waiting... and today, I received a text from USCIS, saying I got an update.
And there it is, my 10 year greed card approved without an interview 💖
Hope you all get your good news soon!

Hi guys, hope all is well!
Just a quick update on my process, nothing exciting,
but I received my biometrics notice today.
It's slow, but at least it's moving and not being forgotten 😶

Hi guys, I know it's a bit too early to start the forum for Dec filers 😂
but I figuered we can share our package lists and stuff, even feelings 😘
I've been collecting proof for this since AOS 🙃
I saved anything that's related to our marriage,
so I could be less stressed out when it's close to the time for filing.
My GC will expire on Feb 28, 2022.
The earliest day I can send out my application is Nov 30.
I plan on sending it out on Dec 1st.
I will share my timeline when I do.
Here's the USCIS link if you aren't sure when:

Yes, it extends your conditional GC for 24 months.
The NOA date is when they received your package -the one you'll see when searching for your case status on the USCIS website-.

Thanks. I can’t keep track. Do not know why I thought it was Texas, but California is still faster than Potomac

Violax reacted to NewCitizen23 in March 2019 AOS Filers -- Part 2
The file that we sent to the USCIS. At the very end of the interview he asked us for fresh utility bills, rental lease etc. he didn’t care about fresh pictures, just the papers.

Hi,
Wrong subforum, you might want to try May 2019 AoS.
Other way you can check it out:
Immigration timelines-> AoS Timelines-> sort it by the field offices. "Local CIS Office".
Latest for Santa Ana, CA by NOA1: August 2018, Interview:2019-09-06
So 13months or thereabouts

Violax reacted to Reed1812 in MAY 2019 AOS FILERS
Had my interview today at El Paso and it was by far the easiest part of my AOS process.
Interview lasted 30 minutes, my wife and I were not split up into separate rooms. The officer pulled out my file and asked to see copies of our passports, birth certificates and marriage certificates which he checked against the ones in the file he had.
He then went through how I met my wife before reviewing the wedding pictures. We did bring evidence of our joint life together (bank statements, car insurance docs etc) but he didn't take any copies. He finalized the interview by saying he expects us to be approved and that we should keep an eye on the post.
It's been emotional

Violax reacted to BB Family in MAY 2019 AOS FILERS
Interview passed. The interviewer took me back first. Looked over the paperwork, asked me all the standard questions from the I485. Asked about my husbands name and birthday, His work, our children, if I met his family, if my family likes him, what is our address, what type of marriage court or church, and how we met. He said he will approve me today, and then expect the greencard within 30 days. Then I went to the waiting room and he called my husband and only went over the responsibility to take care of me financially for 10 years and had him sign the document that he acknowledges his responsibility.

Thanks!
My I-765's status was "case was received" even after the biometrics appointment, then it changed to "new card is being produced".

Same is gonna happen to me. I applied in June and my interview in on October 30th.
From what I know if you get the green card before the ead you'll have to apply for ssn.
Also from another group I found out that with the ead you get a restricted ssc so after you get your green card you need to change it.
