Silent august filer. We were approved today  received date : 16 August/  notice date 21 August 
 
your approvals Are coming. We are in shock we have been approved already.
 
We sent off a huge binder- packed with evidence dating back 3 years as well as letters from family 
 
we  were approved on the old site 

I received an email saying my NOA2 was approved!!!

The old website has the approval update but the new website still shows "received"
 
I was expecting a RFE for my divorce decree.  There's another poster that received a RFE for his divorce decree because he didn't have a "pen to paper" signature.  We briefly chatted on VJ and realized we were divorced in the same city/state at the same courthouse.  My divorce decree had an electronic signature and when I called the courthouse they said that's the way the do it now.  I'm lucky and blessed I didn't receive a RFE for that.  

Hello! After days of checking mail notification, trackers for USCIS, old and new website and all saying received I decided to call USCIS and speak to a representative. After many prompts and being on hold I spoke to an agent and she informed me that OUR APPROVAL NOTICE WAS MAILED JANUARY 8!!!!! This is so exciting!!! She congratulated me and I couldn’t even think straight to hear how to access the site. It is a little disappointing that no updates are on the sites or tracker but I am sure glad I called! NOA1 is August 8,2018

Hello guys! I am extremely excited, NOA2 notification received today. It feels amazing to know that the longest part of this process is finally over with. I could not believe my eyes when I saw it. Part of me was expecting an RFE but it was not the case. The new website still shows received but the old website has been updated with the approval.

NOA2: 10th of January 2019

I recieved a text/email that they have taken action on our case. I visited the new site right away-it says approved! I checked the old site, it hasn't changed yet. Still waiting on the letter, we have informed delivery, so another celebration when that comes. 
 
Our application: completed 100% ourselves with lots of advice from VJ,  1 divorce (finance), lots of in person visits so I did not include ANY WhatsApp messages, skype/phone records, facebook/social media, etc. I did have lots of proof of our visits. 
 
I am going to update my timeline! Hopefully everyone will be ahead of schedule! 

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking for the longest time but this is my first time to post. I checked the new website and we finally got approved!!! The old site still says received, and I didn’t get any confirmation via text or email.

Now I’m looking forward to getting the NOA2 hardcopy soon! I wish everyone will get their approvals soon! 

For those of you in August 2018 that will be approved late or have an extended time between your NOA1 and NOA2 don't lose hope. Its not very pleasant seeing everyone  pass you by, but you just have to find a way to deal with it and don't lose sight on why you filed your K1 in the first place. Believe me I can relate.

I received my NOA-2 today.  I am so happy and overjoyed.  The letter is dated 12/26 but I've been out of town.  Our NOA-1 Date was 8/3/18.

Woke up to a text message from USCIS this morning 😊 We got approved!!

Oh my god, Just got our silent approval yesterday in the mail,  I am so happy ❤️

So so so so happy, feel as if this past week has dragged by 😂.  They are coming august filers, we’re getting there! Good luck to you all!

What MsNina means I think is that they do not go in order 1,2,3,4,5  ... but each worker grabs a stack "a batch" So one guy gets 1-100, another gets 101-200, another 201-300, etc etc as an example. If guy who grabbed 201-300 starts working on his batch earlier, you will see approvals like we do seemingly starting in the middle of the month.  By the way, websites are still not updated for neither old, nor new. I keep looking at scanned approval just to make sure it is real. 

We received NOA2 this morning. Yay! I awoke to a text from USCIS at 6:18am telling me they had taken action on my case. I logged in to the new site and it shows that case was approved yesterday.  (The old site still shows as Case received.)

For those who might be curious, I frontloaded the app with many pages of whatsapp call screenshots, photos (copies) of us together, and samples of our chat messages for past year or so. Neither of us have been married before. No criminal history. I did serve in the military but was over 20 years ago. 

Received the notice in the mail. It was dated 12/26 on there 😊
 
 

I am in California, and also a "he". The note is indeed approval. Dec 27 is a date on the notice, which was Thursday, no online notification of any kind.  Postal stamp on envelope reads Dec 28. 
I did make an attempt to expedite due to Russian/Ukrainian tensions about a month ago, that was denied. I have pretty unique last name, no military service, which might've sped up background check some. I know I had a few minor mistakes on 129F, like the box for "multiple filers" I left unchecked when I was suppose to check "Not applicable" Didn't affect anything. We have met online, but not on dating site, no IMB questions with regards to that. Yes, I won't worry about those biweekly notification. The good news is that June applications are getting pretty steadily processed and there was a large handful of July approvals as well. We should see first August one really soon now. 

i have never received any sort of notice or email either, but its still in the we have received.... our date was Aug 3

Holly Molly!!! Finally after waited exactly 2 months, we received text message from USCIS! Our NOA1 date 12th Oct. I guess we are way behind from August filer timeline. Waiting the hard copy but doesn’t really matter now as I can check our case online. It’s better to late than never. Drama part 1 is over, moving on for next chapter! Goodluck everyone and thanks for always advised us!!😀😀
