I finally got an interview notice today! My field office is in Newark, NJ, and the interview day will be Nov 24th.
BUT... I have a problem. I'm going to move to VA next week due to my husband’s new job, but we can still keep NJ’s house until Nov 30th. I don't know if I can still interview in the Newark office or if I should change to the new VA address and wait for new interview notice from the new field office?
I'm going to call USCIS on Monday, but I just want to know your opinions!

Hi,
I came to the US in May 2019 with K-1 visa, and got married in Jun 2019. We sent my AOS documents in Aug 2019.
I got my EAD and SSN in Dec 2019.
My AOS is still pending now.
Our CPA said we can do tax return jointly but he isn’t sure I am okay with immigrant law if I do tax return with my husband(jointly) because my AOS is still pending.
(We know I am a residence in tax law.)
so my question is,
is there nothing problem to get my green card if I do tax return jointly?

daim this is sweet !!!! DHL arrived Saturday......Status to Ready on the first working day after receipt. They will receive P3 tomorrow, then lets's see where they schedule the interview.

Bangkok........DELIVERED !!!
Departed Wednesday at 2pm EST, arrives Bangkok the equivalent of Friday midnight EST. 58 hours?........not too shabby. No where near an electronic transfer, but not exactly snail mail.

after taking a few days off from vj, it was so lovely to log in and see so many cases are on route to embassies! Our's has arrived in Dublin and its currently out for delivery this morning!!! I have my medical on Wednesday, and just the interview to be scheduled. Can you believe its finally coming to end for us and we'll have husbands or wives soon?!

My fiance had his interview at Abu Dhabi embassy and we got approved :). Very happy and excited. I just have one big question is it better if he travels from Abu Dhabi to USA or he can go to Pakistan and travel from there? POE can be Abu Dhabi for both point but just worried that if he goes to Pakistan before traveling to USA there might be issue. Anyone has any idea?

People. They set records to in transit all the way through tomorrow. So have some patience.
Please don't post "Still at NVC" we know all of you are at NVC thus why we are waiting here with you.
Please don't post your picture of the screen shot of your "in transit" status. We all know what one looks like and we trust your word. Keeps the thread a little cleaner.
When your record goes to "in transit" post your feelings here on this thread. We would love to share your excitement. Remember they are sending files both Today and Wednesday so it may not be today so don't go into the dumps thinking you were missed until you have gotten to the EOB on Wednesday.
