Chr2746 got a reaction from OldUser in Simultaneous Receipt of I-751 and N400
Take every documents they asked and the ones you think can help your case, Also go along with your spouse ,you will have a combo interview and your spouse should be available for the I-751.

Chr2746 got a reaction from OldUser in ROC / N-400 Combo Interview (Detroit)
My Combo Interview went well today, my wife came with me, the I-751 was done first then the N-400 was next ,my wife stayed in the room but sat back . The officer was very nice and had conversations in between the interview.
Speaking and writing test:
How many senators are there
There are 100 senators.
Civic questions:
What did the declaration of independence do.
Who passes bills into law
Name 1 US territory
Father of our country
How many senators are there
What party is the president.
I noticed there was oath ceremony going on.

Chr2746 got a reaction from Redro in ROC / N-400 Combo Interview (Detroit)
I do not think there would be a need for a lawyer, I assume it's a normal message sent to people. My spouse and I already took the date off work to go for the interview. Thanks

They are never filed "together"; they are two different applications with different processes. You file each one when you become eligible. It often works out that both are processing at the same time but they are not filed concurrently.

What usually happens:
1. Conditional LPR applies for removal of conditions
2. Their case is pending for many months
3. When they become eligible for naturalization, they apply under 3 year rule without waiting for removal of conditions approval.
At that point, yes, they can have both I-751 and N-400 in progress.
You cannot skip removal of conditions.
Conditions must be removed before you can naturalize.
If somebody files I-751 and N-400 on same day:
- Either they filed I-751 late (they need to explain why) or
- They filed N-400 early and it will be denied
So just follow the timeline in my first answer.

Chr2746 got a reaction from Brklyn Belle in February 2020 AOS Filers
They should have given him the ds 3025(vaccination records) ,I was given a copy of my vaccination, TB result copy and CD , the original I guess must have been with the medical records , he is supposed to have travelled with it. He has to include a copy in his AOS

Starting 04/29/19, we will only accept the 11/07/18 edition . (THE NEW VERSION)
So starting 4/29/19 the only acceptable version is the NEW version. Which means all prior versions are obsolete after that date

"Starting 04/29/19, we will only accept the 11/07/18 edition. Until then, you can use the 04/10/17 edition."
I don't see any confusion......after 4/29/19, they will accept only the new edition.

No they won't. If somebody submits a form that is outdated, they reject it. Rejection = no payment is processed. This has been the case for years.
The old form is still being accepted.

It says on their site that they are only accepting the outdated version. They'll easily take the fee and won't accept the petition.

5D if not a multiple filer. (You never petitioned a fiance or spouse before)
Don't leave things blank if an answer is required especially related to criminal background. Can lead to RFEs and stuck cases.
