I am sorry to hear that. My case has also been in active review but yeah, that means nothing. Hopefully you get a combo interview and that'll be the end of it. 🤞
Hey man, any update on your case -- I751 or N400? I know you and I had the same date for RoC so got curious where you at with your process. I am stuck at N400 now.
Time to lawyer up, unless your spouse is willing to support you and help you finish this process before you go your own ways.
What city are you applying at?
Congrats! That's crazy fast. I wish my local office (Minneapolis) got inspired from Seattle's speed.
It varies. I wouldn't worry about the unknown. If it happens to fall during your trip, then time to prioritize one over the other.
Could be? Mine says 4 months but I know my service center is one of the slowest in the country so not sure how that's even going to be possible. I filed in April 2022.
Dont' trust that thing lol. Mine says 5 months but knowing our local office I know I am at least another 8-10 months away if not more. File in April this year
Well I applied in April so about 3 and half months ago but nothing has happened. Maybe these people got extremely lucky? Minneapolis takes about 12-14 months from what I have seen so hang in there my friend.
@AffableAndy Thanks but I do not think my RoC was approved because of N400 as it happened within a very short window of applying N400. I do not know for sure though however.
Same but mine says 10. This is a useless countdown however like the other guy said. I do not think it will take 9-10 more months based on how other cases are progressing. Good luck bro.
