  1. Yes. Tax transcripts are superior to other tax documents. We only sent our tax transcripts.
  2. Strong chances, yes. Your local office will likely schedule an interview once they have a slot open.
  3. Congrats!! Looks like they have started working on April filers which is amazing news.
  4. I applied on April 13, no updates My local office is also pretty slow so not really surprised. I hope you do hear something soon. 🤞
  5. Hot damn, great news!! Congratulations. Did you get a notification or you logged into your account?
  6. Mine was approved soon after N400 application, see my signature. I do not think applying for N400 had any effect on I751's approval as there's been no movement on the N400.
  7. Not sure. You might get an update on Monday. Or it might not be for another 2 years before you hear anything. It varies for everyone. All I can say is good luck and don't worry too much, it will be done at some point.
  8. Same here my friend. Except for some lucky dogs the majority of us will probably be stuck in this message for a long while.
  9. Looks great. Affidavits are not really needed and not so many picture are necessary either. If you two live together, chat logs might be an overkill as well. That said, you do you though, whatever you're comfortable with. Good luck.
  10. Congrats! That's really fast. WHat's your local office.
  11. If you're outside the US for more than 6 months, it could impact your PR status: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-3
  12. No, just says "we are actively reviewing your Form N-400". People seem to be getting interview notices 3-4 months after application so I'm hoping something happens by July/Aug. Not holding my breath though. Any update on your end?
  13. Lol yes. The estimated time for the most part is absolutely useless.
  14. man, this gives me hope. Atlanta's processing time is 17.5 months, 1 month more than minneapolis (my FO). If they are indeed speeding it up, I hope it stays that way. Congrats!!
  15. Wow I think I got lucky when I got my new license with the 2 year green card. The DMV person gave a 5 year license, probably didn't check the expiration date on the conditional card.
  16. I am in Minneapolis, one of the slowest office out there and definitely slower than Dallas 🤣😭 😭 I know I have at least 14-16 months to wait for things to happen normally.
  17. Damn, that's almost a year!! No state person, ombudsman, etc can help? I cannot imagine what you must be feeling.
  18. I am considering this myself. I filed N400 in April 2022 so just last month. Debating if I should wait or do it right away. Do you know of any other people who filed N400 recently: for example after Jan 2022 and did FOIA? Were they successful? I am simply wondering, thank you.
