  1. Thank you, you are very kind with your words! 🙏 I wish you all the best too if your case is still pending.
  2. Yeah, the timeline thing is really weird. Good luck to you, hopefully you get an update soon!!
  3. Thank you 🙏 Hoping the interview goes well so I am done with this nonsense. I hope yours comes to a swift end too!! 😃
  4. Finally some good news! No email or text from USCIS but checked the case status just a few minutes ago and it says: On December 9, 2022, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number IOE1234567890. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I then logged into the USCIS website and it's for Jan 20. So excited for this!! Those who haven't heard back yet, I hope you hear soon!! I applied in April 2022 so took exactly 8 months minus a week.
  5. Well fellas, seems like my interview has been scheduled! No email or text but checked the case status just a few minutes ago and it says: On December 9, 2022, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number IOE1234567890. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I then logged into the USCIS website and it's for Jan 20. Cannot believe that this is happening. Just yesterday, it had 22 days as estimated time to decision and I was thinking yeah right. Btw right now it says 9 months. So excited for this!! Those who haven't heard back yet, I hope you hear soon!!
  6. Congrats!!! Very happy that you got your card! :-)) Now the wait continues on the other form. 🤣
  7. You know, the funny thing is, I KNOW these estimates are hot trash and mean nothing. Yet, being in the helpless situation that we are, I can't help but still hope that the case gets resolved in 30 days. 🤣 I know it's not happening though. My local office has 21 months of processing time & probably nothing will happen until next summer. Anyway, I hope your local office is more efficient than mine and your journey ends soon!
  8. Another useless update: counter is down to 31 days today. Lot of people here have gotten interviews but many are still waiting. How many of you have a counter less than mine and did any of yours run out at zero?
  9. Majority of us who applied in April and also those who applied before eare still waiting so no need to worry yet. They are extremely slow for some cities and not so much for others.
  10. I do not know answer to your question but I am glad to see an interview scheduled for February application! I filed in April 2022 so hopefully not too behind. Good luck with your interview!!
  11. New case processing time of 21 months, up from 19.5 months. Just lovely
  12. Since today is Nov 1, the USCIS estimated time automatically went down to 2 months remaining. Dec 1 will be 1 month remaining and Jan 1 will be we have no freaking idea how long it will take 🤣😭 😭😭
  13. Not necessarily true for all centers. Ours (Minneapolis/St Paul) has been climbing up for the past 6 or so months.
  14. Obviously it's case by case. Seattle is #7 but in the past few months, Seattle has been processing N400s at neck breaking speed.
  15. Guys and gals, we are in top 10 slowest cities for N400 processing. This is based on the last quarter (April -June 2022) data:
  16. USCIS published the data for last quarter (April 1, 2022 - June 30, 2022) here. I summarized the data for the worst 25 cities:
  17. That sucks, sorry to hear. They must have misplaced your file so hopefully they find it and schedule another interview soon.
  18. Damn congrats. No such luck for me... maybe I need to be calling WHILE opening the app and refreshing it?? 🤣🤣
