So I was more anxious than healthy, so on December I decided to delete the trackers(I never changes, lol) today I ramdonly downloaded a trucker (and found out there), confirmed with the website think is the old one( don't really know which is which) 

Finally today from the automated USCIS line, the man with the thick narrator voice has said my application was approved!! On the last day of max processing time. Well played USCIS!! It’s been worth every day of waiting though! Now what 

For those of you in June 2018 that will be approved late or have an extended time between your NOA1 and NOA2 don't lose hope. Its not very pleasant seeing everyone  pass you by, but you just have to find a way to deal with it and don't lose sight on why you filed your K1 in the first place. Believe me I can relate.

As I was typing a question on here about how long it takes to get an RFE response, I got a text on my phone about my case and I froze for like 2 minutes and my heart sank!!!!!

Finally, and after 210 days of waiting and a RFE, we got approved ❤️😃
It was a silent approval, both website never changed. And we struggled 8 days before we got the letter in mail 😄

You might get lucky (especially if you do have an RFE or approval coming that isn't on one of the web sites yet), but the most likely response to a call or email with a NOA1 after the "Receipt date for a case inquiry" is some variation on "your case is within normal processing times". Of course, the most likely response to an inquiry once your date is outside of normal processing times is some variation on "pending security/background checks; we'll get back to you in 30/45/60 days".

If they wanted to show some speed up due to complaints they should have statistically touched the newest cases because June and even us, borderline June/July are either close to or already over 6 months. We will not improve their picture then why bother. And if the range is 4.5 to 7 months now, going as low as 4.5 just in a couple of months, there is no way I can believe the long processing times are due to pending background checks. In January processing was 6 to 7.5 months, so what is so special about July and August filers that their adjudication with background checks takes only 4.5 months? There was a shutdown in January 2018, there probably will be shutdown now again.

Gosh, has June suddenly slowed down or what? June 22 on case tracker... no petition has been approved for 2 days. Looks like news will come in the new year now!

June 29/July 5 - NOA1 I checked the new site today and we got approved as of 12/18!!

I just verified again and that info was general cases filled in that date, I-129f just 2 were approved and it was last Friday 

We're an American/Irish couple, people who filed after of us are getting approved-we feel everyone's pain. Hopefully we all get those approvals by Christmas 🤞

Still 35% of May cases waiting to be touched. 

Here we are 193 days of waiting for an update and nothing yet! 
NOA1 June 1st old website/ 6th the new!

I was asked to do a recap of June like I've been doing every so often in the May thread, so here's where the timelines of VJ posters are at (disclaimers here that all data on VJ timelines is self-reported, many people create timelines and don't update them, and data entry errors happen)
 
Having said that, VJ timelines with a NOA1 in June of 2018 break down as 178 unapproved (14 with an RFE date listed), and 100 approved.  So 36% with NOA2, 41% acted on.

Finally I got it. It’s doesn’t show on website. But we get mail yesterday and my fiancé he just open it this morning. Omg. It’s made me happy like crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 185 days for NOA2. 

I just found out we were approved on Dec 3.  I am in Ukraine now spending the holidays with my fiance.  My sister checked the mail yesterday and saw the letter from Homeland Security.
 
The online case status did not update - I have been checking every other day for the past two weeks. 
 
Hopefully the case will clear NVC within four weeks so I can be here to help her with the application process on her end.

For anyone else trying to guess based on an informed delivery image - the print NOA2 has 'page 1 of 1' visible in the window (at least it usually does, and did for us).

In case any was wondering, we're currently at 182/327 approved, with 24 outstanding RFEs. So 55.6% approved, and 63% acted on.
And hoping @Sarge2155, @Sabrina02 and the rest (especially those of you who've been here at VJ since May) hear something soon.

i just received the letter notifying us of our NOA2. However the app didn’t reflect this and we didn’t receive any emails! We are soooo happy and excited !  ❤️

Soooo...I received an alert this morning on one of the apps that said there was a “change in status”.   Nothing on the website or even on the app that “alerted” me.
