I got my ceremony on Friday 21th June and today the website of USCIS said My ceritificate issued at 24th of June is this ok ?

I think you're good. You already have your paper copy saying that you've been recommended for approval! I think you're right, maybe the office or your IO is just too busy to update your online account. You might even get an update by Monday!

I done my interview just like 20 minutes ago. Everything went fine . The officer said he will recommended my case to be approved but it still need to be reviewed by supervisor. I don’t know what to do with this ?! Is this normal?

They will need the divorce paperwork, and they might ask you some questions about your marriage. Make sure also to keep the Docs that related to that otherwise you should be fine.

It's an auto-message that gets sent out.  No need to worry about it.  I became a citizen in October of last year and still receive the "we are reviewing your case and will let you know of any updates" messages from time to time.

A new interview letter was uploaded to my husbands account this afternoon.  New appointment date is 4/25, so only a day different.  Maybe someone needed Wednesday off

It seems biometrics schedule comes pretty quick, as soon as uscis sends notice of action.
The real waiting game is however, between the biometrics and the interview. 

I would guess you should hear about biometrics this coming week, and will probably be scheduled for around the 3rd week of March.

Well, in theory it could be faster. But Jacksonville is fast regardless. There is another fellow at JAX who’s ROC is still pending that applied 11/25, and has his interview 3/5 (will be a combo interview). 

Oh ok, this is could explain the short time. So basically If you have the 10 years already will probably mean faster case process?
