on the interview letter it will tell you what documents you will need as an update which would be the I-864 they didn't have the police letter highlighted but i had my husband get one anyway before we knew about what they would request. Thanks! Ya we are living abroad and it is difficult to get a joint bank account - I didn't realize that was meant more for those currently living in the states. 
Good ideas for the additional proof of marriage. We don't use social media but I'm sure we can come up with additional examples of proof.

all medical in majority of the countries are now electronic no more sealed packages and that goes for after the interview your POE will already have your information when you enter. as for Haiti the police record was also sent electronically 

my family POE was 10/2/21 5days the ss card came and dec 20th all 3 green cards came on uscis when you put in your number it says I think 120 days from payment or POE. It should be coming soon as for work my husband started working the day after is ss card came and his visa with the GC stamp. I hope that helps a little but yes track your information on uscis for green card

Sorry for sharing my experience in ga and getting a divorce in ga been here 18 years.  LIKE I SAID I'M NOT A LAWYER BUT WAS GOING OFF THE QUESTION. you must be helping with lawyer fees my bad. I did my own here in ga and the divorce paper have a question do you want to keep your name or change it back to your maiden name. I checked the box to go back to my maiden name after divorce good thing I did because it's $300 to change it later. I paid for mine $175 to do my own to have them served more money but to have it announced in the paper free or they just sign witch would be called a non contestant divorced. Yes that petition has that question on it to have your name changed it took me 3 months for it to be final. There is a fee you pay after filing oh and you have to read it yourself the decree in front of the judge on the stand. I did mine in 2017 my friend I help did hers in 2020 

I filed my own my ex and I have no children and no property he didn't have to come to court only the person filing once on the stand they will ask if she wants her maiden name back if so it's best to do it with the courts right then. The only thing if you both agree on the divorce just sign the paper if not they will put it in the news paper in 30 days no response they don't need a signature and the would be it. I'm not a lawyer but I live in GA and did my own so i can speak on this one now only if you share nothing and by your question i can speak on this and no you don't need a lawyer

as for the book for national archives the book comes out once a year I forget the month I will have to search here when I wrote that information. i had to redo my whole cases over and pay all 3 cases again because i got a rfe for national archives this was when things was moving fast so in march 2019 my husband was on it going back and forth to PAP to see about the documents he had a friend who could help and we had someone staying on them but we paid an extra 50 to get these papers we ended up with 2. as for the haiti it is hut down as long as the american hostages are still being held for ransom no telling when it will open back up they are only open to help the americans that are living in haiti. as for when the embassy is open there are only 3 people inside doing interviews my husband said and a few are doing other things but he don't know what.

i sent mine 8/16/2021 got approved 8/20/2021 through NVC sent to the embassy 8/24 case ready 8/25 waiting no response while registering my daughter i messed something up and had to call on 8/30 the embassy and i was told just because NVC and the embassy have approved the expedite that does not mean you get an interview quick it just means you are in line for an interview so they help me register on ustraveldocs and told me to expedite the interview i have to write the embassy as well. i wrote them as soon as i hung up 8/30/2021 now this time i needed proof where i didn't send proof to NVC. i check my status after the holiday but i was approved by the embassy 9/3/2021 i didn't look until later but my email came after the holiday 9/7/2021 my interview is 9/20/2021
 
so to answer you question don't send a request back to NVC you are done with them then again check your ceac to see where you case is meaning what stats do it say mine was ready in one day. if yours read ready then email the embassy for an interview with your proof then you should hear something by the end of sept or oct

I was so very excited to start this process. I was feeling like a would have a family that truly loved me. I fought for 1 and half years to bring this women and her child to the US. I sent money every month so they could eat and buy necessities. I would help this woman's child with home work over video.  I spoke 2 times a day and reassured them I would bring them to the US. I truly loved and cared for these people!!
 
After the long wait they finally arrived here in the US. I was so excited to see them and finally get to hold my family in my arms. It seemed relaxed at first until the first day of school for the child, I woke to arguing. I asked what was happening and she responded with "My daughter will soon be an alcoholic or marry one!!!" then she kept going with "I wish I had never birthed this child, she has ruined my life!!! I should have had an abortion!!!" This is were I stepped in and ask "Why would you say this where your child could hear this, that is horrible" then I asked what happened and she replied with "Her bangs are in her eye's, she looks terrible and this will hurt her eyes!!!!" That is when I realized something wasn't right.
 
So, I felt I needed to step it up and be a super dad so this child would have some kind of sanity in her life. The daughter and I were close and she could tell I was trying to be the best father that I could be. The bond we formed was wonderful!! In the mean time the K1 wife was fighting as much as she could. So, I couldn't figure out what the problem was, then I discovered that she was married to a man in Norway!!!! I was blown away!! I asked her are you still married, because if so you lied on the Visa app. I found out that she is! That is not good!!!
 
Needless to say she changed completely after she got here. I did see some red flags while she was in Ukraine, but I chalked it up to stress and living conditions. I visited Ukraine 2 times and never once did she mention her marriage in Norway. I even offered to help with the divorce from the man in Norway, but she was only in it for the green card. I found even more out that I will not mention, but it was enough for me to send her home. I am so devastated, I lost my family and child. I was planning on adopting the child!! Now all gone.
 
Please be careful, this really does happen and does not feel good. I the petitioner had to do a wet signature sign scan and send so yes it has to be a wet signature 

Keep the expedite request short and simple. Explain in couple of sentences. Less is more. More you write, less believable your story. I didn't even include any attachments.

Aw thats quite a lot lol thanks so far I haven't gotten any additional information about uploading or bringing in transcripts but ill have him take it anyways. Your husband n mines running all over trying to get things right. Well best of luck to the both of you!

I have everything like that ready the only thing for expedite if i need to upload it on ceac but my husband interview letter is asking for my 2020 w2 and 1040 but i did the 864 over again now in 2020 my 2019 transcript was not ready but i got it this year and my 2020 for 2021 transcripts are not ready shaking my head. I would just update anything that has expired just on the simple fact the years we did the 864 and our taxes pay either went up or down and they are going to ask for it. Just like they are not asking for the police report but my husband is out there busting his tail. he tried to go before the letter they told him no he have to wait well good thing we got the letter 2 days after but they told him dcpj to come back thursday he goes back and now they are saying it's going to take 8days what the hell the interview is the 20th. They didn't ask for it but we need it just in case. it was 2 more people from 2019 on the facebook group that got interview and the doctor cost $450 or $460 i had my husband call so i can send the correct amount for him and my daughters. dr phard is who they seen and they send the medical to the embassy within 5 days just to give an update but any questions i can help with just ask or im me it's better to ask this way i don't have to try and think of all lol
