Just got the approval notice, just a couple days past 10 months after filing. Didn't have to have a 2nd interview, so pretty pleased with that. Next up: N-400!

You don't need to provide evidence of finances for the I-751, only evidence that you're legitimately married and that your lives are intertwined. So if anything including bank statements with only your name on them is more likely to harm than help (though more likely they would just be ignored).

The A# is 8 or 9 digits long, so the number you're talking about is probably not it. Most communications you've received from USCIS, NVC, or the consulate in the Philippines after approval should have the A# on it. It should also have been filled in on the photocopy of your I-129F petition they (should) have mailed back to you with your acceptance. Sadly I don't think they include the A# on the actual K1 visa in the passport anymore. Other than that you'll have to make an appointment with USCIS (https://my.uscis.gov/appointment) in order for them to tell you what it is.
 You should get a new copy of the NOA2 notice, or you're likely to receive an RFE on your case. You can get it by filing form I-824 (though you'll need the A# for that).

Had the interview today, approved! Woo! Thanks to everybody here who helped, and I'll be leaving a detailed consulate review to try to help guide people through the extremely poorly documented/explained process in Vietnam.
