  1. Yes, that is very good evidence. What I meant is just to be sure to bring documentation of everything with you :). A copy of a lease/mortgage/whatever from the home country is also good. Previous travel history is largely irrelevant to their decision, unfair as it seems.
  2. There's a chance, but even if you are approved make sure you have very strong documentary evidence of ties to the home country + reasons to return, as this kind of scenario is one where you're likely to be refused entry at the border even with a valid visa.
  3. The estimated processing times are wildly inaccurate for I-751, presumably due to a lack of data. Current processing times are roughly 8-12 months for a straightforward case, so expect it in that range.
  4. You don't need to provide evidence of finances for the I-751, only evidence that you're legitimately married and that your lives are intertwined. So if anything including bank statements with only your name on them is more likely to harm than help (though more likely they would just be ignored).
  5. Just got the approval notice, just a couple days past 10 months after filing. Didn't have to have a 2nd interview, so pretty pleased with that. Next up: N-400!
