Dear @Priya&M further to our conversation (direct messages) please I kindly ask you to correct your NOA2 date (to remove it if not approved yet) and petition/visa type as all members’ estimated approval dates depend on the accuracy of entries made by each member. If my words do not make any sense to you then just skip and forget about it and i will give up and will go to sleep lol. Not a big deal.

I am right behind you with a August 6th NOA2 date now. i am hoping to get up to June or even better end of May.

One thing that maybe might work considering immigration is a hot topic right now is calling up the White House (they do take calls like congress) and urge that instructions be given to DHS and the Department of State to prioritize all family based immigration where there is a US citizen involved. They are executive departments and can have their priorities and instructions readjusted as long as they do not conflict with written law. It should really be the case anyways that taxpaying US citizens are prioritized, but it isn't the case when it comes to some other visa categories and protected statuses granted by USCIS. There was a huge slow down last year when it came time for a few thousand folks on TPS to extend their status. US citizens got placed on the back burner for a bunch of people that have been here for over a decade after a natural disaster. If you do it, just make sure to play the politics game and say you're a supporter even if you're not. Those who express their support have their opinions weighed more heavily.

You can't apply for a petition number. You apply for a petition and when it's accepted they will send you a notice with your petition number on it.
 
or if you applied and didn't get any notice yet, you can call uscis and check if they received your petition. However only the US citizen can petition and can call to ask for this number.

I called USCIS this morning.  Asked to speak to a Tier 2 Supervisor.  The recording said hold times were 1-3 minutes.  I waited 40 minutes . . .
 
My application was APPROVED March 15!
 
I could barely get the words out to thank the supervisor and say good bye.  So, they are still sending out silent approvals.  Nothing has changed on the USCIS App or USCIS Website.  My case inquiry from March 6 still shows as being sent to an officer for response.
 
And thank you to everyone ( @Naes ) for all the help these last 7 months.

From mid may to early april.. 

Hi well I got a rfe update on the site dated March 14th NOA1 sept 15.

Initial is something that should have been sent with your petition and you left out.
Additional evidence USCIS asks for more, or extra evidence because they can't make a decision based on the evidence you sent.

Как уже рассказали люди с этого форума, для записи тебе просто нужно позвонить по этому номеру 88007008723. Назначить время и день, которые тебя устроят. С собой принести 6 цветных матовых фото 3х4, загранпаспорт, справка обо всех прививках, так же приглашение на интервью или знать номер кейса и категорию визы, то есть номер МОС и то что твоя виза называется К1.
Придя по адресу в МОМ (2я Звенигордская дом 12 строение 6) в назначенное время, скажи охраннику, что ты на медосмотр на визу, он спросит фамилию. Далее идешь к администратору, заполняешь простую анкетку и ждешь когда тебя вызовут. После того как тебя позвала милая тетушка, отдаешь ей все свои документы, она тебя фоткает, заполняет что-то и направляет тебя на оплату (2 недели назад было 14100 руб). Оплачиваешь, тебе дают большой конверт и адрес клинику, в которую тебе надо поехать. 
Приезжаешь в клинику, на проходной говоришь что ты на медосмотр мом, тебя отправляют к администратору, он берет все твои документы и выдает с листок с номерами кабинетов, в которые тебя надо пройти. Будет анализ мочи на гонорею, анализ крови на сифилис и рентген легких. Все это проходится очень быстро, только после рентгена нужно посидеть подождать свой диск с результатом. Далее идешь обратно к администратору все с тем же листком. Потом остаешься эдать пока тебя вызовет терапевт. Он спросит рост, вес, чем болела, чем не болела, в общем очень простые вопросы. Померяет давление и послушает легкие. После всего этого он отдаст тебе таой прививочный сертификат и диск с рентгеном (они нужны будут га границе США) и ты свободна  
Все люди что в МОМе, что в клинике, очень добрые, приветливые, вежливые, все прошло очень быстро и налегке. А я очень переживала.

Finally!!  Day 230 something and we got an rfe notification via app.  Never thought I would be so excited about an rfe but I’m staying positive and happy my file was finally touched. Praying for the rest of June and July to get something soon as well!

202 days. I’m feeling positive. Hopefully today is the day.

Quick question berries. When is the first annual VJ convention  Im thinking somewhere tropical. We all deserve a vacation after this 

My NOA2 was dated about 2 weeks before my VJ estimated date. My timeline at the end said something like March 19-23, and my case was approved on the 8th.
