Hi all,
This is just a summary of the events that led me to file a lawsuit with al lawyer called "Writ of Mandamus" to move my case forward.
Removal of conditions filed in July 2019.
October 2019 Fingerprints taken
No movement for 2 years. In the meantime all my fellow July 2019 filers had been approved.
In March 2021 my case was very much outside processing times, so I started contacting the DHS Ombudsman, my local representative and my 2 US Senators. Not one of them ever replied, nor contacted me in any way. With USCS I filed about 8 or 9 Service Requests. Not a single one was ever adressed. They were closed without any explaination.
 
After 30 months waiting, I decided to file a lawsuit in October of this year, within 3 weeks my Removal of Conditions was approved and my N400 interview was scheduled and last week I became a Citizen.
 
This should not be normal. Blaming COVID for these ridiculous delays is an easy excuse.
I have a strong case, both me and my wife have good jobs, I am not from a "conflictive" country (whatever that means) of course no criminal records and I pay a lot in taxes to Uncle Sam.
 
This process has been a complete nightmare to me and my family and I hope I never have to step inside a USCIS office ever again.

I went to the Denver USCIS center yesterday with a young man for moral support to attend his N400 interview. While waiting outside, I noticed people happily exiting the building every 5-10 minutes holding their white envelopes and little flags. I thought that was odd, as I expected oath ceremony attendees would have left all at once.
 
Well, less than an hour of waiting and my young friend came out and told me he passed the interview, was administered the oath and was given his pre-printed certificate on the spot by the officer who interviewed him!!!

Brandon is out there telling companies to ignore the courts though. Even if this gets overturned and goes away many people were already coerced into getting the shot as they feared losing their job. The damage has already been done to a certain extent.

My application was received on Dec 3rd last year and was approved on the end of June with no interview.

Ugh LIN sucks. There was a wave of Nov/Dec 2020 approvals and then it's been silent for a month. Seeing all the EAC and SRC approvals makes me feel nervous about our case...

I got an update this morning about my card being produced! I'm so happy and  thank God immensely.  I wish all who are waiting the same outcome. Just hang in there!
My package was sent on 03/15/21 and got approved on 11/08/21 without any interview. Texas Service Center.

Just received 24-month extension letter 11/4/21. Rec'd date to USCIS first week of March 2021. Biometrics waived 4/30/21.

Got a notification on my Case Tracker app today and the status shows to "New Card is Being Produced"!
Was starting to feel a little scared since I felt like I was pretty much the only one from SRC who hasn't heard back yet.

Got so excited to see an USCIS envelope on my USPS Informed Delivery -- it was just the 24 month extension letter 🤦🏻‍♀️ at least it wasn't an RFE?

Came here on a CR-1 in January 2019.

A guy in the next town over started selling flags with slogans like "#$&% Biden" and "Trump 2024" a couple days ago. Every time I drive by there is a line of people buying them. I want to buy the "@#&% Biden" flag and put it up at our house but my wife wont let me. It's not that she doesn't feel the same way. She is just afraid of repercussions from our leftist neighbors.
 
Combined with all the people who will be leaving their jobs if Biden's disastrous vaccine mandate holds up to court scrutiny it will mean economic collapse. 

Just think what will happen if Biden and the regressive Dems get their massive spending bills and tax increases passed.

Add to all of this the impending disaster the illegal "vaccine mandate" is going to cause, and we have a potential record-setting event looking us in the face.

with today's computers and printers it would be easy to do a fake one
 
there was a 16 year old that lost his job at McDonald's and copied the logo from a food bag and made out fake paychecks for himself to the tune of over $5000 before  he was caught 
we can do anything on a computer 
 
so, how do i really know the people around me are really vaccinated ?    i will keep wearing a mask

Most people are fine, but you can't just ignore and automatically call everyone who got hurt a liar and an anti-vaxxer, I am far from an anti-vaxxer.

You say it's safe and there is no danger but I personally know 4 people who got the vaccine months ago in Israel, that got injured and their world turned upside down, doctors admitted this was caused by the vaccine. one is 40 years old who is now paralyzed after the booster shot.
