I forgot we have this thread for LIN. My case was approved a few days ago. I filed in mid Oct 2020

Just check the USCIS website like I always do and now mine has been updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"!! Texas Service Center. Biometric waived, no interview or RFE. I can not believe it was approved this quick.

I have been closely following the I-751 spreadsheets to monitor activity at our service center, and in order to make it simpler to do so, I made a spreadsheet that compiles all the information from the existing spreadsheets for each month and organizes it by Service Center.  I thought others may appreciate having this information, so here's the link to the spreadsheet:

June 2020 filer at LIN. Got fingerprints applied notice yesterday. Today, interview is scheduled. Looks like things are moving, finally. But interview again ? Why... Smh.

Checked online and it has a case status update for May 1st saying fingerprints have been taken. 😁

Yesterday, (May 4th, 2021) case was updated to show fingerprints were taken (aka Biometrics waived) 😁
Mailed March 22nd, NOA1 received April 16th 

Checked the status this morning and now it says the fingerprints were taken yesterday. Another step closer. Hang in there my friends!

Hello, yes to both. You need the official signatures on the criminal record at their building. Printing it online is not enough. You can ask for the document online though and they will have it ready for pick up during the time frame they give you. And you will also need an official and certified translation of the documents. You can find a list of official translators at the cancillería´s webpage. 
The documents you need to bring are indicated on the official documentation they sent you.
 

When my husband and I opened a joint account at Chase, he already had his SSN, but the lady at the bank said it wasn’t necessary to have an SSN to open an account.  She had a lot of experience with opening accounts for foreigners because we happened to go to the branch near a university so they got a lot of foreign exchange students opening accounts there.  So perhaps it’s worth trying at a branch near a university.

I didn't find anything in the mail even though Informed Delivery shows the scanned letter from USCIS :(. I saw other people get their letters, which I assume means that the mail person was already here today. I'm so disappointed 😞.
