    Ok so I have to laugh, mine was like crazy fast. The embassy in Lagos sent me an  email yesterday morning that they received our case and we now need to pay the fee and complete the required medical and police stuff. My question is this, it seems like we cannot schedule an interview date until the fee is paid and the DS-160 is completed in the system. Does this sounds accurate?

    and I am wishing I had android....I am an apple user. Its the same app but it must function differently on the apple platform. I know other cases from Nigeria have gone through recently so it is weird that the app thinks they haven't.

    It’s day 174 since our NOA 1 - Dec 6 (our received date is Dec 1), about to hit 180 days of waiting. 

     

    I received this email now (no I did not checked the new website for almost a week and this is the first time I got this kind of email). 

     

    I know this just an update, don’t wanna get my hope high but still makes me excited lol. 

     

    I’m rooting for all of us!!! Hope to see the coming of our approvals in a couple of weeks.

    4th of July POE is really not realistic for December filers. I know it sucks, but I think it's better to be realistic about the timelines than be disappointed every single day. They aren't far enough in November yet to even start December.

    booooo Can't I have my man for my birthday??? All I want is my fiance, no other presents.  (sigh)  I guess it isn't realistic but maybe I can just celebrate a month later :-)
