We are calling them every day, we didn’t sign up for notifications

We were approved on 1 October, we were first one here... but NVC still didn’t receive our case((((😭

I don't have one from your embassy. So when you get a copy can you post a copy as you use it to help those that come behind you.

Thanks for the answer, I am from Kazakhstan, so interview gonna be there. I entered in my profile, that I am from Kazakhstan 

So, what should we do next? Should we wait for case number? Or should my fiancé send his finance documents? And I am wondering, do I need from him any original documents, I heard that they can ask for original divorce decree or birth certificate

And we are still waiting, they got our rfe on 24th September 

So, we sent out our RFE documents... again, waiting begun 

Please, keep us posted. I am from Kazakhstan. So, I am wondering why they put you to AP. Maybe I need to be worry too

USCIS mailed my RFE out on the 28th of Aug and I had the hard copy in my mail box on the first of September.....

Hi, so, you got the rfe, we are having it too, it says on old site, we sent it 9/7, can you tell me, please, how much days it goes from uscis by mail? Did you get it in a week?

No RFE. I think I would still be waiting if I had not asked my representative for help. One week after contacting her office it was pushed through and got approved today.

My fiancé is from MN too, he contacted Senator Amy I think, it’s been a week, nothing, we are still waiting
