  1. I called USCIS 7 days after my interview because my status didn’t even change to your case is being reviewed and later that day I got updates and case approved. I don’t know if my call helped but if I were you I would try to give them a call and tell them you don’t have any updates online if it’s something wrong with it... 🤷🏽‍♀️
  2. Green card in hand!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 This is my timeline: Filing date for AOS from K1: March 8 Interview: May 22 Case approved: May 29 Card mailed: June 3 Card picked up by the USPS: June 4 Green Card delivered: June 6 Best of luck to everyone in this process🍀🍀🍀
  3. I don’t think so. I think you are actually bringing too much lol I did as well, but I wasnt asked for any of those immigration documents, taxes, birth certificate, etc. I was just asked for the proof of bona fide marriage (pictures, bills insurance). So I think you got this, good luck. 🍀 ☺️
  4. Have you received your card yet? @NYC-AB my card was picked up today by the USPS and I wonder how long it takes to actually receive it. 😅
  5. Yayyy congrats!!!🎉🍾 💃🏾 How do you know they picked it up?
  6. Thank you so much!! Hopefully you get news soon. My case went from “Interview was scheduled” to “ New card is being produced” and it’s like that in My uscis app and the case.egov website in myuscis website is still interview was scheduled... so don’t worry I’m pretty sure you will hear something soon. 😁
  7. Hey guys!! I had my interview exactly one week ago and they didn’t approve me on spot but I just received a notification on my uscis app “ NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED” 💃🏾💃🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉🎉🎊🎊 I called this morning the USCIS and asked them why my case wasn't updated since both AP/EAD appeared like “Case was received” and my AOS like “Interview was scheduled”. The lady on the phone told me that not always they update the case online and I don’t know if my call had something to do with the new update or if it’s just coincidence but I’m SO HAPPY right now because I was getting worried about my approval. I hope you guys get your approvals soon!!! 😁🤞🏽👏🏽
  8. If you go to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home and click on “Get most recent I-94” you can find all the times you have entered the US either if it was by plane or land. I didn't include it but they ask you to bring it to the interview once you have it even though they didn't ask me for it.
  9. Hi guys, We just had our interview 2 hours ago in Fresno, CA. The officer was pretty nice, I was a little nervous my husband was not, he told us that it was going to be easy and I should relax lol. He started asking about my basic info name, DOB, parents name, etc. He asked all the yes/no questions in the i485 form and then he asked how, where and when we met each other, when our relationship changed and why, when we decided to get married and then he asked for any kind of evidence that we have together like utility bills in both of our names, lease or whatever we had. He also kept some pictures that I printed. It was pretty easy and fast, it lasted maybe 20/25 minutes. I didn’t get approved on spot, he said he still needed to do some more background checks and I should check for updates in the website online. But he also gave me a paper in which it says it can take up to 120 days for them to give you a response. Hopefully we know something soon. 🤞🏾😅
  10. Hi! I had troubles getting my SSN and ended up not getting one. At first the worker told me I wasnt elegible for a SSN with my K1 visa, I went again a week after with evidence that I was elegible ( So I actually applied 1 month after POE). I waited 4 weeks went back to the office they told me to wait 2 more weeks. Went back after the 2 weeks but this was 15 days before my I-94 expired. She told me it was still at DHS and some days later they called me that they couldn’t give me a SSN because my I-94 was about to expire. And I have to wait until I receive either EAD or GC. Frustrating but real smh. However, my husband is also in the military and he could get me a temporary military ID for 3 months without a SSN.
  11. Thank you both so much. I didnt send I-693 form but I gave them my medical envelope at the POE and did send them the vaccination records with my package. So I guess I’m good.
  12. I think it’s a standard letter for everyone but yes, the second item that we must bring is the medical examination 🤔
  13. Interview scheduled for May 22nd. YAYYY 💃🏾 However, I’m confused about the medical examination part. When I sent my package I sent the vaccination records and I believed I don’t have to do a new medical examination since I did one for my K1 visa in December 2018. Do I have to do a medical examination again? 🤔
  14. Yes you do. It’s a different form tho, it’s form I-864. I recommend you to read the threads in March or April AOS so you can see other people experiences and get to know what you need.
