1 week today until I fly to see Jake for 2months  hoping we get our NOA2 whilst im visiting him!

September 20th got NOA2 today!!
 
We are getting closer!

Guys, they did 122 cases yesterday, and my estimated days went down twice! Whoo hoo!

USCIS doesn't work like that. They start one month, go through it with a rough comb. Then move on to the next month while finishing up the previous month more meticulously. A lot of July filers are still waiting. Some June filers. And even a stray May filer.

Guys I’m getting really anxious about all this waiting thing without knowing when everything will be ok so we can all have our happy ending.. idk about you guys but I get mixed feelings sometimes happy sometimes I feel upset.. I just needed to say this because only you guys can understand what I am going through

This week in numbers;
 
This week August came as far as Received date 29th of August.
However, 2 days of this week was RFE only dates, so there were no Approval updates.
As we confirmed before too, these dates (and even dates where we saw updates online) usually means most approvals were/going to be mail only.
 
August is going stronger than any other month so far, giving me some hope that things will only get better (even if it is not by too much or too fast) from here on.
However always keep in mind, things can change so fast, and anything can happen during this process.
NVC backlog was a mystery for us and it happened suddenly, yet ended up eating 2 months of those approvals.
And things such as AP or anything on the way can also cause a backlog.
 
My advice is not make firm/unchangeable wedding plans.
 
On another note,  I saw about 10 withdrawals in the month of September during the past week.
The same movement happened one week before August started.
My guess is they are first updating those that will not get adjudication due to being withdrawn...
So September next week??
I personally can't wait!

Agreed!  They are approaching the end of August.  Lots of updates for May-August as well.  Let's hope they continue with the big push and start September soon as they begin to close out most of June and July.

Work has been so stressful. Immigration is stressful. Life has been kicking me down recently.
But my timeline jumped back another day. (Approximately) One month left to go before NOA2. That is what's keeping me going right now.

Hi @Naes, I haven't seen you mention any major approvals past August 15th.... What are your thoughts? I remember seeing August approvals around 2 weeks ago and things just got very quite ever since....

You are a Jedi master John, if anyone should be ripe with anger it is you but you seem cool as a cucumber. I'm right there with you regardless if we get approved tomorrow or in six months that will be the first day of the rest of our lives and this will be a distant memory.

Hej hej, Scandinavian here too! My fiance is from Denmark  Looks like Stockholm is a great embassy to go through for this process.  Awesome to see a few Scandinavians here! Maybe we'll all meet up at the embassy by some chance  
 
I hope everyone has been having a good week so far!  It feels easier to be excited now that we are getting within 2-3 months of estimated approval time!  Its gonna be so worth this nasty wait when its all over.  Love to all you October filers today! Hang in there!

I hope they will done with August by the end of Feb and start with Sept in March! 
April should be our month.

I can agree with that! I’m an october 19th filer and hoping to have NOA2 by the end of April !

Which app would you recommend for tracking? I searched on Google Play Store and there was so many. 

So I called a Rapid Visa a couple days ago in regards to an email I received from them stating they are "Approving" October Cases, and they told me 'We have people through our service they have been approved already, so keep checking" and they once again told me to check my status, and obviously it just says "Case Received" If anyone else has gone with Rapid Visa, check your emails or call them.. I think they are talking out of their you know what, but who knows..
